I do not understand the current trend for godawful ugly shoes and shoes that look like torture implements.

And the skyhigh ugly shoes that they wear to be sexy......but they can't walk or can only limp and clump along - not exactly sexy that clumping.

Didn't see this coming

OSCAR-winning actor Russell Crowe and his wife Danielle Spencer have separated after nine years of marriage.
Crowe who is involved in a hectic filming schedule for the biblical blockbuster Noah in the US has reportedly thrown himself into his work following the break-up.

It is understood the split is amicable and the couple’s main concern is to protect their two sons Charles, 8 and Tennyson, 6, from the public spotlight.

Crowe remains in the US and Spencer is in Sydney with her two sons.

The pair were married near Coffs Harbour in April 2003.

Russel needs to make a sequel to Master and Commander. Was such a great film, based on such a great series of books (that I have never got around to reading beyond the first one). That is all.

Mayim Bialik is one smart cookie. In 2000, Bialik earned a BS in Neuroscience and Hebrew & Jewish Studies from UCLA. She continued her studies at the university and went on to earn a PhD in Neuroscience in 2007.

For goodness sakes with Suri, she's probably going to nightclubs too!

And good lord re Mrs Crowe - if I saw that hideous dress coming at me I wouldn't have made it through a wedding, what the hell is happening at the back if you can see straight through her twig legs?
