I LOVE the TARDIS DVD shelf. Though I did notice some Star Trek in there *coughs*

...hahahaha!...okay... you got me... I'm a Trekkie too lol!... I tried to play that game where you Captain a Starship but I got the shits with it because it's harder than going for a Helicopter Pilots license to be able to fly it lol!... I didn't even get to finish the first chapter before I gave up... why isn't there a proper Doctor Who game to play I ask... wouldn't that be a buzz to play?... cheers.

Someone by the name of MEGLOS (Same as our @Meglos or another? Can you confirm?) made a DVD shelf in 2012, looks pretty cool

omfg Its been awhile since I've watched Logopolis :D

You have the best Stepson ever :D

...that's a great link there BigBrotherCritic... all credit to him building that eh?... it's been a while since I saw those episodes too... I so had the hots for Tegan back in those days... **settle Sticky... settle**... yeah my stepson blew my mind away when he turned up with that Tardis... it made my day... cheers.

When you say that... have you actually done that?

...no a friend of mine did and he kept telling me what he had to do to get it... it takes a special type of person with a certain mindset to be able to do that... I would ballistic with trying to learn all that stuff and remember it all... it's in the 'too hard basket' for little ol' me for sure... I do have these two helicopters though... theyr'e hard enough to fly... that'll do me lol!... cheers.

Ahhh cool. I was just going to add it to the list of "Amazing things Sticky has achieved." I agree though, they'd be a shit tonne to learn. I'm in the same boat as you, I couldn't have the patience to learn it.

...just a little reminder to all of you fellow Whovians... if you're interested... on ABC2 tonight they are replaying 'The Day of The Doctor' for those that are wanting to see it again... I just thought that I would let you all know... happy viewing peoples... cheers.

@Mr Stickyfingers is anyone NOT WATCHING these fantastic repeats???

This is another I will watch twice, 7.30pm and again sometime after midnight.

I have always forgotten so much, missed so much, DW episodes are onions.
And after about 4-5 times, there is always another way to watch it - ie am picking up so much more romance/well love anyway, between Clara & Matt's doctor, it is the most lovely relationship.
Matt does an awful lot more kissing than I had remembered .

Impossible Girl last night - aww, that one is gorgeous, and no 2nd serve:( at midnight.

...I watch all repeats when they are on BBCUK/ABC2 and the old shows on the SyFy channels whenever possible... you can never get too much Doctor Who can you?... lol!... cheers.

Nope, never, ever could I have too much Doctor:) @Mr Stickyfingers
I saw a funny meme thingy, about binge watching TV and how sad some get at the end, then they hand them Doctor Who, first ever 1960s episode- and DW is the ultimate binge, you could go on a binge until you die

Even the ones I think I don't like - I forgot Crimson Terror and dastardly Diana Rigg, is the one with the red Doctor monster, and I love that bit.

Can't wait for tonight, and then the whole of series 8 again, weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
And then - IT'S TIME.
WOOHOO, ABC COORDINATES SO WELL.

Funny isn't it, Clara should be Matt's Rose, but River is in the way; and River should have been Capaldi's Mrs

I may be working myself into a Doctor frenzy, i thought of those nutters that marry bridges and pillow cases last night - has anyone married the Doctor Who TV show? Or any TV show? Makes more sense than a bridge.

Got your snacks ready, remember it is a long one.

...I so enjoyed watching 'The Day of the Doctor' last night like a fervid little boy getting his first glimpse of his Birthday present knowing full well what he was getting... I had already seen it about 10 times at least when it was first aired but that was a little while back though lol!... I loved the opening sequence where there was the old footage of the original Dr Who with them mingling in with the Policeman to modern day 'Coal Hill' School... (it was a little difficult for me to believe that Jenna was really on that motorbike though lol!)...

...seeing Tower Bridge and the Tower of London was a buzz for me seeing that I lived about one Kilometre away from it when I was a kid in London lol!... the Tardis being carried into Trafalgar Square was epic... (I got stranded on one of those Lions at the base of the column and had to be helped down by a Policeman that gave me a belt across my ear for climbing upon it on the first place lol!)... (they could do that in those days lol!)... I loved seeing Osgood again... I hope that she returns on a permanent basis in the future (she'd make a great replacement companion when Jenna calls it quits in my opinion)... her scarf was a great tribute to Tom Baker I thought...

...that 3D painting was awesome wasn't it?... when they went into the painting to show the war happening we actually got to see Gallifrey's city 'Arcadia' in more detail than in the whole history of the series for a few brief moments... the architecture was a tad bit like a cross between ancient Rome and a modern day 'Star Wars' city architecture... it was great to see...

...there were so many great parts to the show wasn't there?...

..John Hurt's Doctor looked so battle weary didn't he?... it was good to see Billie Piper again in the form of Rose even though she wasn't exactly playing that part... (she was playing Badwolf)... when he said that he had 'no desire to survive this' he really had decided to end time itself to stop the war with the Daleks didn't he?... ''how many children in Gallifrey now?"... said by Badwolf really hit home didn't it?...

...David Tennant's portrait with Queen Elizabeth the first was funny to see... when that Zygon was the horse instead of QEI I cracked up... it was a hoot!... lol!... "it was the horse!... I'm going to be King!"... lol!...David Tennant's conversation with the Rabbitt was hilarious!...

...Tennant and Smith having the pissing contest with their Sonic Screwdrivers was hilarious but when they both put their glasses on and pointed and said "oooh... lovely"... cracked me... that was so well done... to think Tennant kissed a Zygon didn't go unnoticed by Smith lol!... Hurt asking Tennant and Smith "where's The Doctor?... are you his companions?"... lol!... their looks of indignation's lol!... when he asked why are they pointing their Sonic Screwdrivers everywhere and John Hurt kept giving them hell about it was great... when Smith described them as 'sand-shoes and granddad" was funny too... especially when he was described as "chinny" later...

...another of the funniest moments was when the three Doctors were trying to figure out on how to get out of the dungeon and Clara just opened the door and gave them all a hard time because not one of them thought to do the same thing lololol!... then Tennant goes on about how he knows that QEI is a fake... a bad copy because "it's not just because of the smell... the unconvincing hair...or the atrocious teeth or the eyes being a bit too close together... and breath that could stun a horse because the original Elizabeth... my Elizabeth wouldn't be stupid enough to reveal her own plan!"... that speech was pure gold when she revealed that she was the original Queen lol!...

..."you let this place go!"... "zap!... the interior of the Tardis changes... "hey look!... the round things!"..."I love the round things!"... "what are the round things?"... "I have no idea!"... (the conversation between Tennant and Smith)... "oh!... you've redecorated... I don't like it!"... Tennant about Matts Tardis interior lol!... so many great lines in that scene lol!...

...when David Tennant and Matt Smith's Doctors turned up when John Hurt 's Doctor was about to press the red button to share the responsibility of condemning all the impending millions to death instead of loathing him as much as they always had in the past was such a great moment... Clara's moment really came to the fore here... such a good performance by her... such a poignant moment...all through the 'Badwolf' period in the series I always thought that it was going to be an evil thing but wow!... it actually saved Gallifrey and changed everything... what a brilliant twist!...

...Tom Baker as the 'Curator'... he would've loved playing that role eh?... all in all this was a masterpiece of writing... the whole thing came together so perfectly... to me it is more or less faultless... a total pleasure to watch from beginning to end... it then went onto Capaldi's Doctor which is equal if not better... this was a teaser of better things to come wasn't it?... this season starts 0n 20th September so let's all hope that it is just as good... hmmmm!... I might watch it again... cheers.

Question Mark Collars are Cool!

...I assume that is Jenna Coleman (although it really doesn't look like it to me )...in that photo but she reminds me so much of Ingrid Oliver that plays 'Osgood' without her glasses on... just saying... great photos... cheers.
