...hahahahaha!... I was flicking between this thread and that 'James Bond' thread of yours lol!... I was coming in here to say that I'm taping the current round of last years Capaldi Doctor Who episodes as repeats on ABC2 at 7:30 each night... they played the 'Into The Dalek' episode tonight... I'd forgotten just how good that episode is... it's great that the ABC are doing that as a lead up to the new series that's about to start... I can't wait!... cheers.
I really like the reruns, I have to say one of my favourite episodes of the 8th Series is Into The Dalek, such a great premise. Also am a huge fan of the "Mummy on the Orient Express" Such a great idea! A TRAIN! IN SPACE! OMFG IT WAS AMAZING

...hmmmm!... I might just settle for this instead lol!... instead of just sliding through the curtains it may just go WHAROOGHA!... WHAROOGHA! and disappear eh?... cheers.

...yeah that was great reading... from the promos it seems that The Doctor and Clara become even closer in all of their more adventurous time trips so I can't wait for this new series to start again... cheers.
I find their relationship really entertaining to watch. The Doctor basically ruled out being a "Boyfriend" and Clara in no way fancies him as one but they are still flirtatious. It's fun to watch :D

@Mr Stickyfingers you must have been subliminally prompted by the REAL LINK between DW & Bond,

I am no bond fan, have seen 2 1/2 movies, that was enough, it is like watching Elvis movies and car racing, seems no point to me.

But - I am a Timothy Dalton fan, he is yummy - I saw him with the Royal Shakespeare Co, as a tween.
OMG, that man, his voice is a divine gift from god, and he was young and oh heavens off the scale sexy.

Enough of my drooling.

And the repeats - I'm getting, from the Matt/Clara episodes, they were developing into boyfriend/girfriend, Rose like love, when River wasn't in the way. It was like the Impossible girl was meant for more than mere companionship.

No more, this Doctor is wild and untamed and erratic and I love it, must be that burst of new regens.
Whovians, don't you love that this is a fandom you can revel in, be proud of, and tell any naysayers to just piss off - 50 years, multiple awards, illustrious and esteemed actors and creatives, smartest TV.
Yeah, just go-ahead and try and mock me.

Now - I love the Listen episode last night, but tell me - where are they?
Is that barn where junior Doctor was comforted by Clara....Trenselor????
Why was he there?

And isn't the photography/lighting in those Clara comforter scenes just superb - she is an impossible angel.

And food for thought - the more Doctor Who I watch, the less TV in general I watch, and my TV appetite totally changes.
Can't get enough documentaries, and history and science stuff, and the Island, and light hearted brief stuff like Last Leg/Dirty Laundry type stuff.

I haven't watched a RTV show since the jungle, I'm a Celeb cured me. And DW has cleared away that 7.30 time slot:)
And I am a former RTV junkie, I did watch 10 mins of Bachelor last night, oh my very weird. He is so mousey, and those girls are so brassy.

Yeah, he is and was off the scale YUMMY.

This was how I saw him.
I was a kid, falling in love with poetry, Shakespeare, and OMG, he was a rock star on stage.
Tall, dark, athletic, brooding - and a voice like velvet and honey ...and
