I watched the second episode of the two parter yesterday and it's excellent, my god those angels freak me out though.

Would be cool if they were dressed like the Wraith...... Remember them from Stargate? They dressed cool

Ooo what would happen if a vampire bit the Doc?He's already kind of immortal, does he have tasty blood - having 2 hearts you would think they would relish the doc and find him very attractive.

I have been having fantasies about Doc Who and vamps, 2 of my favourite things woohoo.
 
Today the blooming bus took over one hour to get into town so I had a mini snooze and daydreamed ..... And it was all the kind of weirdest daydream .... Has anyone here had daydreams that involve Doctor Who or things associated with the show?

Anyway oh what fun.... But some might say "Oh the horror.."

Anyway in my dreamy wonderland I had my own mini Dr. Who going on and a battle with the Power Ranger coloured Daleks vs Metal Mickey. How's that for a battle royale? The thing was the Mickster was winning by killing the Daleks off one by one with his bad humour.....

Oh and I spray painted the Enterprise gold too... Because the Model as painted was I think rather bland and boring..........

I have not seen that model around the hobby shops before.
What really caught my eye in the right of the photo is the Millenium Falcon ... my favourite ship of all !

Ha Darth Vader with a Phillips fourescent tube... I get it but I don't haha.... Is that supposed to be a light saber?

The model wasn't from the hobby shop. When the new movie came out the DVD came with the model. As for the Falcon it's a nice model but it's actually a transformer and turns into a giant robot han Solo and Chewiw.

Last night was so much fun..... Loved some of the quick lines..

River asking the Doctor "sonic me" to boost the signal....... Then Amy goes "ooooh you soniced her" in a cheeky voice...... That had me rolling on the floor laughing.....

OK, so let me see if i've got this straight (please note i've only been with Dr Who since DT). River Song is Dr Who's wife & they keep meeting each other out of time sequence. I remember a bit of her in the library one (I think) she gave the Dr a new screwdriver thingy & wispered something in his ear to prove that she knew him. Are these the only 2 times?
And last night River said something to the Army bloke about this being better then being back in jail? Did I catch that right & what's that all about?


PS The angels are scaring the bejebus outta me & now I have to sit through them next week, just to make sure they are defeated:eek:
 
el'coopo - you've caught all the details of the River Song story. we hadn't heard of her before the library one, all we know is she kind of dies in that one, but in her far future, & in the latest one it's in her past.
As viewers we haven't seen the Doctor marry her yet, nor do we know what she does to him to end up in jail. I'd guess that will happen in a third story.
 
Thanks Meglos. It was confusing me a bit, but mainly because I wasn't sure if I'd missed anything.

I'm quite liking Amy & the new Dr. They work well together & look comfortable too. I really don't think that Amy would have suited David Tennant's Dr.

And yes Mudcake - those one liners last night had me LOLing too :)

No, I agree - Tennant's Dr. was a bit more arrogant and cocky and they would have been arguing far too much. I think I'm going to have to download next week's ep before Sunday - I can't wait.
