Doctor Who

Wishing a fab 2010 to all DW fans here. I got some DW and Torchwood books for xmas, and my nephew got a dalek-making kit. Looks like great fun. Hope Santa was kind to you all too.

I haven’t seen the new ep yet, but loved Waters of Mars - twice. The Doctor Victorious – brilliant. Forgot about getting a new doc for a minute and got all excited about a season with Mad Doc. Adelaide was a bit hasty at the end, I think I’d have pondered that last move a bit longer.

And those pics above - they look good together. (Does the doc always walk like that – like a string puppet? And I hope he doesn’t wear that outfit 24/7 – why wouldn’t you want new shoes after a regeneration?)

I've seen the final episodes - there are ways and means. I was a little stumped as to what the climax was all about in the second episode. However, it was very moving, especially the stuff with Bernard Cribbins. I think Donna was brought back so we could have him in the episodes - he really is a good actor - and to close her character off - I'm very glad about that. The way they originally finished with her was very unsatisfying.

I've said it before, but I loved the final 2 episodes. And waters Of Mars.

Hey there nutmeg :) I had a DW xmas too, lots of the missing books and a large radio controlled dalek (red, movie style).

In the latest season of Never Mind The Buzzcocks, they had a Doctor Who special, in which Catherine Tate, in particular, was pure gold.
Thanks for that, Mia - that was awesome! I was amazed to see that Tennant was not the regular host - he just looks so comfortable in that role! I also discovered Bill Bailey was in it for years. I've missed out *sigh*. And yes, Catherine was pure gold in that. So was Bernard Cribbins - so fast. And I never knew he was the Womble voice!

Who is the redhead she's hot hot hot

omg OMG OMG OMG OMG

I just finished my recordings of the five part "Children of Earth" Torchwood :eek::eek:

Is that the end?....will there be more TORCHWOOD??????

I found it amazing that Torchwood didn't draw in its knowledge of past events to help defeat the 456. I just took those aliens to be the galaxy's neighbourhood bullies..... The earth gave in the first time instead of standing up to them because politicians wanted to save their own asses......

I find it impossible that aliens cured Earth flu unless they were the ones that sent it in the first place...

And it took so long to realise that you just invert the signal and BAM!!!! Aliens go nutty and run off...

Looks like the ABC will be my Valentine!!!!:D
