Episode Day 67 (13/11/14) Daily show

I'm glad most of the originals are up and 2 noobs are safe. the originals that make it thru have a better chance of winning. if I was in the top 3/4/5/6 or however it works out, I would prefer to be up against the noobies with the smaller fan-bases than against people who have had 2 months to develop a cult following. pity travy isn't up for eviction.

If I was going into the house and knew there was a chance they might bring a family member/friend in to nominate in my behalf (because they've done it in the past), I'd make sure to talk to them about it before I went in. E.g. try to nominate someone who is a threat in some way to me winning, especially this close to the end, or was making my time in the house extremely unbearable. Plus you'd want to make sure they realise that it's a way to give you info e.g. If someone is backstabbing you, or how you or a situation has been portrayed to the audience etc.

I thought David, Travis, Lina and Ryan's loved ones did well. I think Skye and Penny's loved ones could've used some guidance on nominating strategically though. That said, I would hate to go on TV if I had someone in the house, so props to them for actually going in there in the first place.

I think for Penny doing silly noms kind of is a strategy. You wouldn't want the housemates to think that she's super vicious in her nominations, and it keeps with her light-hearted nature.
I think Leo's friend was excellent too, getting him to separate from Skye in the dying hours of the show would make him appear as an individual, instead of the lesser (votes-wise) member of a couple.

Excuuuussse me??!! Not even 7 days ago, Skye was trying to tell Leo this VERY THING herself....straight to his pretty face. Don't come the raw prawn with me on this moot point. He carried on like a Vegas showgirl.
 
I'm not sure if anyone else has said this yet, but if Travis had been given 3 points last night along with Priya and Skye, then he would have been up as well. The points tally was:

David - 16 points
Priya - 10 points
Ryan - 9 points
Leo - 5 points
Skye - 5 points
---------
Lina - 3 points
Travis - 3 points
Penny - 0 points

An extra 3 points on Travis would have given him a total of 6 points, putting him up. So that inconsistent punishment did have an effect.
 
Wow, ONLY 83 pages tonight, I might get that early night after all. My impressions of tonights show, I thought it was one of the better shows, probably because we got what we have been complaining about, more house footage. I think the nominations are great, its the perfect storm. I just hope and pray now, that there are 4 evictees next week. Kudos to Penny & Lina, they snuck under the families radar, I'm sure they would have both been up, if the housemates had have nominated. I dont begrudge Travis being there, as Head of House, the others would have probably held off on nominating him anyway. I think Skye is in for a rude awakening, sooner rather than later. Ironic, that without that 3 point penalty for harassing Travis for information, about HERSELF and her perceived popularity, she WOULDN'T be up for eviction. Karma can be kind sometimes :-). Now, how many pages can I skip, what pages are you on Willoughby, I keep skipping you :-).

Teflons sister, would have been a better choice for Big Brother, she seems to have a personality and a sense of humour. But she is obviously the brains in the family, because she is going traveling in the next 12 months, not tied to a BB media contract.

I think they'd all be aware that there are no live feeds by now and that Big Brother takes a very select view this year and pushes some story that may be completely insignificant to their experience, anyway that amused me somewhat.

Half your luck, I would accept any kind of nap. I'm a chronic insomniac and I fell asleep on here the other night, with a few pages to go, only for about 10 minutes, but that was a bonus.
 
Just watching now. Looks like Pricum's priclivity for privarication is finally catching up with her. & anyone who responds to "me too" with "me three" can seriously get the fuck out of my house!

I dont go onto the housemates appreciation web sites, because I would be getting death threats. One word against one of their favourites and they would have a contract out on me, especially Teflons gang.

2014, anything goes, no rules. The housemates must have been warned not to venture away from the sofa's though.
