In Australia, the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (1998) defines it as:

Which basically translates to RACISM IS INSTITUTIONALISED and therefore cannot affect the people who PUT THOSE SOCIAL CONSTRUCTS INTO PLACE, i.e. WHITE PEOPLE.

that WAS bullying, not to throw a degree in anyone's face but I have studied psychology for over 4 years and know exactly what this was.

David was the ring leader, he had his three back up men to assist him. He targeted Priya at a time she was alone and vulnerable, not when she was around friends like Skye (I do believe Marina was there at that start).
