Episode Day 46 (Thu 12th Sept) Daily Show - 90mins

Why did Matt and Ed opt out of raising the 'cheating' issue? Maybe they were told not to... They would be filthy (which they were in the after dinner footage) if a veto was placed on that topic... Wouldn't want any kind of real confrontation as dinner chat now would we BB??!

I know, I found that odd as well

Probably because they are both up and they didnt want to look bad and they were pissed those 2 were safe.

"There are many people in the outside world who are dealing with similar issues in life, so she should be commended for her honesty and realness."
Jesus bleeding Christ. Her honesty? Since when is cheating on your partner honest? Did she write the fucking article herself before she went in there?

Talk about deluded. That makes me sick.

Thanks for quoting Southern Cross' response QUeen Alla. I am perplexed at this. Are they saying that the way Tully is dealing with her sexuality confusion is commendable or should she be commended on the way she is handling her mental instability? What are the 'similar issues' they are referring to?

How come every time someone has a Surly task no one else is around? in a house of 12 people? no one was in the lounge room at all?

Because they have Surly stuff ready for the rare moments like that, that's why there's hardly any

i think there were 2 options..

1. bring it up and spend the next 6 weeks in purgatory.

2. don't bring it up and watch drew and tully be evicted

yeah, best not to bring it up ;)

- Matt is a fucking asshole and Tully needs to realize that he's no longer her friend.

- Matt and Ed's true colours are showing (re: their reaction to them both being up for noms)

- the fish thing was funny till it turned into an in-show ad for ambi pur - seriously, how many times could they cut away to the shot of them plugged into the wall!

I read in a thread yesterday someone mentioned that in a live feed update someone said that they can't go in the bathroom because so and so is in there - so obviously BB calls a hm in to the bathroom. I have also wondered the same thing.

i agree, only arseholes are faithful to their girlfriends and have morals...what a pig.,\

They showed the whole lead up to the surly thing. Matt and Ed being dressed as Mexicans, Drew saying he could do a better Mexican outfit, so Tim and Drew belatedly decide to play dress ups which left them in the bathroom when everyone else was outside waiting for the family dinner, (show that, then cut to the boys in the bathroom). BB deliberately edited the thing to show why those 2 were alone in the bathroom and people still ask why.

Let's not go putting words into my mouth here because I'm not talking about that (I agree that Tully is WRONG WRONG WRONG to be cheating on her girlfriend like this). What I take issue with is that Matt constantly tells her off for being negative, rolls his eyes whenever she cries, etc and dismisses her whenever she says she has been having a good day. It makes me very uncomfortable, and I was uncomfortable with it long before Tully and Drew started their little... whatever it is... because it reminds me way too much of the way some colleagues of mine acted towards me when I was dealing with severe depression. (I don't know if this is what Tully's going through but the way they're reacting to her is identical, and the reaction is what's making me angry).

It's an attitude that's all too common, unfortunately. So many people are like "oh you'll be right, just be positive, bootstraps and all that, grow a pair" and completely dismiss any explanations as to WHY someone might be reacting to things that way.

I do think that Drew has started to see the light about this whole thing - did you see his expression after Tully stormed away (while Tahan was there)? His face said "I've made a terrible mistake".

Does everyone remember weeks ago when Matt told Tahan to watch herself when he saw her and Caleb laying on the lounge room couch together facing each other not touching, not whispering just talking. He said that if his gf did that he would be pissed and she should think about that. He has such double standards coz he has asked for numerous massages off the girls and even said he wouldn't be with his gf if she was upset over it.

Just coz he has been shown twice being considerate this week I hope ppl don't forget about his dictatorship approach to the house.
