Episode Day 46 (23/10/14) Nominations

I think whoever is evicted could be a surprise on this one.

A mixture of voters thinking their favorites are safe, or *one* of their favourites is safe (6 housemates is a hell of a lot of saving to do to ensure the one you want evicted is evicted) and hence doing little voting for that housemate, to the voters knowing that a particular housemate is in extreme danger (eg. groups feeling sad for Cat when she was upset, or feeling resentment that only Cat was targeted and not Lawson) encourages those voters to vote 10x more for that housemate than they normally do. This creates a close call in my opinion.

Also the assumption that voting for Marina will evict Cat could endanger other loved housemates.

BB should be alternating between vote to evict and vote to save to be honest.

I saw the ad that said 4 new housemates, they werent described as intruders or humans. They palmed us off with 2 new housemates, once before this series, with the housemates being Ned & Kelly, but they must spend most of the week on a promotional tour. I hope they arent going to resurrect 4 Surleys.

I actually think both Skye and Priya were both wise in the way they used points... Skye to get her friend safe, and Priya knowing she couldn't save herself from being up getting as many to join her as possible. I also don't think Priya wanted to save or have anyone in particular up, (except maybe Travis) as it was just about bumping up numbers.

I think it depends what your intentions changes the way you would play that power.

I agree with this if you're Skye, but if you're Marina or Leo why not nominate them now since they must know their own chances aren't good. Marina is the only HM that knows they've been fooling around for longer than they've let on and knows how the public feels about them. I'd throw 4 points at one of them quick smart if i were her.

Seriously ....its not chiselled in stone. So you liked the original show ....well it was cancelled in2008 remember....so maybe the original eont float 12 years later. Lol

Well a few opinion shifts for me after watching that episode..

* Leo - rude of him to just walk out during the middle of conversation, definitely not respectful. Though Cat's tolerance of it, claiming that it's acceptable was lame, I am sure she doesn't enjoy people walking out of the room while she's talking, this revealed more about Cat being a nutcase.
* Skye has a sweet side, but I get the feeling once she gets what she wants she'll happily squash anyone like a cockroach when she is empowered. She used to feel sorry for David and how he was being treated. Now she is acting like a total ass and her ego is growing exponentially, it's all about her now.
* Priya was rather cold, I don't feel any feelings of warmth from her. One example is Leo tried to give her a hug before he went to nominate while she was heavily calculating something and she shrugged him off so bad. Alright I get not everyone likes to hug, but she can be rather brutal. She's not all that 'on a higher plain than any of the other housemates', and sorry but I'm failing to feel the Presus.
* Ryan the same same as usual. Neither here nor there, still coasting into the winning spot as usual. His dislike of Travis's 'excercise routine' was dumb, Ryan is a little jealous bitch.
* Aisha - good on this girl. She speaks the truth. +++
* Travis - I use to really dislike this guy during the first week, I remember seething at his dickheadness during the first week during that tactics session, but I seem to be opening up more and more to him all the time. I see more and more champ coming out though, I really appreciated his decision to stay in the game, I like that he keeps the other housemates on edge and he is a good legitimate threat to them all.
* Marina - not getting anything out of her, I don't even care if Cat stays another week if she does nothing interesting this week, bye bye Marina.
* Cat - more annoying than ever. I hated Jason's message though I thought that was inappropriate at the time, he could have softened his message, I think he gave away what's happening on the outside world too much! I think the housemates didn't vote Lawson and Cat too heavily due to the upset that this caused, thank you Jason. Cat's maturity level decreases in my books with every episode I see.
* Lawson - nothing changed.
* David - points went up , he said a few good things and didn't get himself into trouble during that prank. I thought he'd say something that would get him in trouble there lol.

I agree with most of what you say, except for the hug thing between Priya and Leo. Why should she have to accept a hug if she doesn't feel it and why is he being so pushy by trying to force a hug onto her? When I have to do something that requires a lot of concentration, lord knows I don't want some fake douchey rapper coming at me to give me a fake hug or pep talk. Keep stepping...

That might be on Monday's show, or a flashback later on, or they may never air it.

Hence the reason I am only giving votes to David and Priya and the odd one or two to Leo the rest i can do without watching. Leo votes help percentage to push out he three blondes. So far the boy girl pattern has remained so i figure one of the blondes more likely Marina will be out
So vote often people you have the ultimate power lol
