Episode Day 36 (13/10/14) Daily show and intruder

SOOOOO contrived
how did he know they needed a hot single male??? let me guess, a producer pulled him to one side - blergh

at the least with other seasons they have ninjas and even then they don't speak

but also Jason would have stressed the single to rule Lawson out - since he and Aisha are so hating the Clawson thing ..

@the Theorist you need a truck load of snickers, mate.

Come on - that was FUNNY!

:-( it can't be good for your mental health to keep this up.

Oh by the way... Have you auditioned for Gogglebots?

Honestly, just because I strongly believe that the decisions Channel 9 makes regarding Big Brother are appalling doesn't mean there's something wrong with my "mental state". In my view, yesterday's episode did set an all-new low for what the show has become nowadays. Forget the Channel 10 era, even the 2012 season on Channel 9 wasn't this bad and this is just plain embarrassing to not only the fans but to the concept of show.

Last night, there was NO point to the Sleeping Beauty thing, the dynamics of the show's genre changed multiple times during the episode, BB's interactions were out of character (particularly the horny voiced BB) and the contrived nature of the house is at an all time high.

What's so wrong about me being annoyed about that? We all have our own views. I thought it was terrible.

- From what I gather Ryan made a witty remark about a family member, then Travis shot back something about his sisters. I get he thought it was banter and he was on par with Ryan, but talking about his sisters was wrong. There's a difference between Ryan saying something about an Aunty and Travis saying something about his sisters who Travis knows he cares about and is protective of. It's a fine line but it's there, and I can't tell if Travis was dumb enough to cross it without realising it, or if he purposely did it to get at Ryan.

- Ryan seemed really mad about it, would definitely hold a grudge. That group may be nasty and manipulative, but in that situation Travis was wrong, especially when he tried to force a bro chat about it. It kinda seems like everything is on his terms, think he's not bright enough to realise he rubs people the wrong way. He looked crushed though at the end of it all.

- Aisha was being hypocritical, saying it was between the two of them but still talking to Ryan about it was wrong. I get she was just trying to keep peace but Lawson was kinda right (as much as I hate saying that). I wish she'd said what she really thinks to his face though, would've made more sense. He just thinks she was drunk and angry, doesn't know there's more to the anger.

- Lawson and Cat are gross. If he still thinks he has a girlfriend he's digging his own grave. Maybe he has assumed she's dumped him and doesn't care anymore?

- I like Marina. I get a crazy vibe from her but maybe it's cause she's obviously watched the show and knows more about them than they know. I liked how she was straight up with Sandra about what she said to Ryan.

Fair call, mate.

I'm sorry to have mentioned your mental health, it was supposed to be a bit tongue-in-cheek - but I don't believe it is something that should be 'joked' about or made light of at all... So I unequivocally apologise for that.

We are all entitled to our opinions, absolutely.

I guess what I was trying to say, just not very eloquently - is that it seems that you are just looking for reasons to get angry / upset / outraged about. This is my opinion, and it doesn't make me right.. but it seems to me like you get into this little 'daily show thread bubble' I'm going to call it.

There were lots of things to enjoy about the episode, lots of real human interaction and sociology to observe. Yet from watching your posts you skip over that and obsess on these little insignificant details like BB making light with a sultry tone or the fact that a producer helped set Marina up on that bed.

To each their own and you can continue as you will regardless of what I say. I guess I'm just sad for you that you can't enjoy the show like I can, the series still has heaps to enjoy :)

I still love you!

Yup, sorry to say it but I don't think he cares about his partner on the outside that much. They have obviously had a rocky patch and Lawson met a new woman that he cares about, though is too afraid to make a move right now as he doesn't really know if it's the right thing to be doing right now. That quandary of should he or shouldn't he move on Cat is making things worse, he needs to make a proper decision.

Ryan is so snobby how he didn't even want to resolve the argument between him and Travis. With he's 90s hairstyle, and snobby bitchy attitude. God help.
