Episode Day 31 (8/10/2014) Daily Show & Nominations

Just finished watching.. well that episode tipped my vote away from Sandra as a possible winner for BB, for sure, ha! Her nomination reasons where so bad. Everything she said was taken out of its context and she didn't even read into that..."Soggy, but nice". I've had some nice soggy burgers before y'know... How's that.

Glad Lawson is up for noms, he seems a little up himself, sucked at the task and it's time for him to step up his game if he really wants to stay in there.. Interesting Cat didnt' take an interest in him she's obviously playing up and wants to show that she is trying to detach from him. Did Cat not realise that they can deduct points from the nominations - why didnt' she add save points for Trav if she wanted him out of the red zone, complete waste of points there ??

What grinded me about this episode was Priya... Soooo damn irritating. She was totally a part of that very crap looking massage. I'm a guy and I probably wouldn't have slept that night after such a shitty looking massage, it was dreadful and would not be worth 5c. And everyone had to have seen the way she was throwing those sponges around making an absolute mess, she just wasn't funny. And then she carries on like oh she should not have taken part in that.... This is not the first time she's really sucked at something, after the first week when she was head of house with Kate she just wanted to take all the money despite the housemates happyness, very selfish of her..

How did Lawson suck at the task?

Cat was all business up in that diary room.

I wasn't fond of Sam's aggression tonight.... I feel he is an angry person and it comes out at inappropriate times.... This would explain why a lot of housemates are scared of him...

I'm a strong woman but I wouldn't have liked anyone handling me the way Sam handled Aisha - he was too rough. Priya should have said something but she was genuinely sorry. Sam was not.

Sam could flip into a psycho in a split second I believe.... he's just got this Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde demeanour

I would really hate being in the house with someone like him. He has like Hitler status...

Lawson didn't smile, threw some inappropriate comments around that didn't seem all that professional when they're supposed to be hotel staff (did Big brother by any chance tell them to try to be stupid hotel staff).. Just the things he said really endangered the task for everyone else I felt..

What sort of hotel invites staff to pick zits for their patrons though .. ha! Some hotel that, go figure :p

Well I think what Sam and Priya did to Aisha probably failed the task for the housemates.

Are hotel staff meant to smile all the time?

Im totally confused:
- When Aisha walked out of her massage Lisa was clearly there
- Lisa is again later seen on two occasions comforting Aisha
- When Aisha nominates Sam for the massage incident she says "TODAY"
How can the massage incident have been on the same day as nominations when we definitely know Lisa was there???

They nominate after evictions so it all must have happened on Tuesday.

Ryan is coasting through so easily. Are they that oblivious to this?

Maybe they genuinely think he's nice. Yet in the limited air time he's had, he always seems to be gossiping.

A smile is good, and making sure they're all having a pleasant experience in the hotel.. Lawson had a bit of a cockyness though, about time he was in the nominated department, he has been running around like the show revolves about him a bit too much. After the whole Cat thing, he should at least make more of an effort to put himself in the persona of the staff and earn his way back instead of just playing up to the cameras in his familiar style. He has not been taking on the task too well but hey that's my opinion..

So can anyone tell me; at the end of the week the hotel guest will judge the performance of the staff... Why would they say their service was not 5 ***** if they will all have to suffer with no food the following week ?

Wow that is a massive day/night. So the timeline is something like this
- the massage happened in the morning
- Aisha is comforted in the room
- Travis comforts Aisha
- Travis confronts Sam
- Sam apologises to Aisha
- Sam confronts Travis
- Travis confronts Aisha
- Aisha and Lisa have a talk
- Lisa gets evicted
- Prya and Aisha become best mates
- Housemates watch Lisa's message
- Housemates nominate that night before bed
- Housemates informed who is up for eviction the next day

Ryan is a mean person and it would be a disgrace if he won this season of Big Brother.

Surely they won't do a double 3 weeks in a row

On the Dreamworld website it has only Tuesday labelled as a live eviction show with Wednesday just labelled as a live show. I am predicting a single eviction this week, with a female intruder going in on the Wednesday.

just don't think about it too hard and expect that after we've had live shows we are still going to be shown shit that happened previously.....ignore the timeline and enjoy the action

Finished here. I can understand Aisha being upset by how she was treated, and I'm glad she had Skye, Travis and especially Lisa, given her line of work, there to comfort her. I was thinking at that point that it was a shame Lisa got evicted. Travis I think had an understandable reaction, even if he could have taken a moment and worded things better, I don't see anything that much wrong with how he reacted. Priya at least seemed to have some genuine remorse, not sure how much that makes up for it. Sam, not so genuine. I'm also wondering how much we didn't get to see, when Mike said it went for over an hour?

On the nominees, Jason and Priya are the only two I have any desire to keep in, but I'm also not that fussed if either do go. Priya's gone down for me over the last week or so, and Jason wouldn't be a huge loss. After tonight, I could live with Travis surviving this week, especially if it was over Sam.

I don't think she was genuine, she was only sorry when she realised her crown had slipped.

You could tell Aisha was distressed after the shampoo etc incident, that is when they should have stopped.

I thought Travis was okay in his defending of Aisha He thought he was doing the right thing and too dumb to really see that the way he was doing it seemed aggressive. Sam might have been genuine to Aisha in his apology but he clearly he figured he did nothing wrong. I did think Travis who is clearly an uneducated boob. should have been pulled up for his stupid reason for nominating Jason. Really too much chocolate on your pancakes. Someone leaves the house potenially for putting too much chocolate on pancakes, fuckwit. I think Jason is safe he seems popular enough with the audience . Lawson is in trouble the Caat incident being promoted tomorrow night might just stick the claws into him and put him in danger. Felt sorry for Cat her tactics to try and save Travis (not sure why) didn't work and put Priya up. Travis is the obvious weaker of the favorites here but Sandra might suffer the same fate as Jake did, being forgotten about in the wake of votes to save others. Ryan having a dream run and Lawson hardly seen at all in the episode. Aisha after all the chat and we are still friends rap with Sam , still voted for him clearly influenced by her romance with the meat head Travis. The show a mess I hope my votes will again achieve the results I want. I will be saving Priya Sandra And Jason in the hope I can see the break up of Travis and Aisha and perhaps see her blossom more and come out of his shadow. An interesting voting dilemma indeed tonight

This ep has been more insightful than all the others thus far...

Lawson is getting the good riddance edit.

One of his magic tricks will save him. I noticed that Cat didnt waste a point looking where Lawson was, because she rightly assumed he was leading the points. Funny her trying to save Travis and it backfired. REALLY funny. Teflon (Ryan) is still managing to go under the radar.

I still think all this obviously open nominations talk is against the rules and its about time a few strikes were issued. I thought the only place they could legally talk about eviction strategy, was in the tree house up the stairs, but its happening even in between different people going to nominate. Its farcical. Not even Big Brother has rules this year, or can't be bothered to enforce them, because his pay has been cut too.

Its finally happened...................Skyes hideous lipstick has forced me to wear sunglasses while I watch. Can some of the younger members tell me if these hideous luminous lipsticks are actually a new fashion trend, or whether, as I suspect, that she might be getting paid to wear and promote them? If they have mirrors in there, she must be cross-eyed. The sad thing is, she is very pretty WITHOUT the lipstick, but obviously doesnt know. More isnt always better.

So I think either Sandra or Lawson will be evicted this week.
If Lawson is evicted before Cat, I'll be SO ANGRY!!!!!!!!!
