Live stream Day 19 Live Stream - 27/11/2025

Tips for posting live stream updates:

  • Include the time in AEDT.
  • Focus on what the housemates are saying.
  • Only include notable events (a HM yelling at another HM is notable, being called to the diary room for a battery change is not).
  • Including screenshots is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • It's fine if multiple people are posting about the same events - the more details the better.
1:08pm: Abiola mentions having water in her watch. Not sure why she has a watch.

Emily trying to tell the Mrs Doubtfire story about how someone she knew "pretended to be someone else" to see his kids. Abiola and Alana taking it seriously, judging him and trying to psychoanalyse. No one asking how it is possible for him to pretend to be someone else.
 
1:09 PM: Abiola mentions she Envies Vinnie winning $10k, Allana and Emily discuss the meaning of Envy, [through multiple muted periods] Emily asks "... So you'd say if a man was in family court for his kids"

Allana and Holly continue to discuss the difference between Jelousy and Envy.

Emily manages to slip in "The reason i'm saying this is envy is because I know someone who has done somthing very unusual for his family [...]"
"[...] I have American cousins, No cause he was so desprate and i don't know if its enveous, but he dressed up as somone else to spend time with his children"
 
1:07pm - Emily, Holly, Allana and Abiola are chatting by the pool as Conor watches on from in the pool. The girls are trying - very badly and inaccurately - to work out/explain the difference between jealousy and envy.
 
1:10 PM: Emily returns to the bedroom for her next card, the movie is Pretty Woman, she remarks "I haven't seen this damn movie... sweet Jesus"

1:13 PM: Emily returns to the backyard, she applies sunscreen and offers some to Abiola. Holly has now moved to sit with Coco
BB calls Allana to the Diary room

1:18 PM: Emily says "Here I got a question, what do you think is the hardest job in the world for you"
Abiola "I would hate to work in anything like Engineering [...Mutes...] like working 15 hours everyday..."
Conor then replies with his opinion before we cut to the laundry

Emily says "For me I think the worst in the world would be prostitute" Abiola corrects her and says "Sex worker is the correct term" The stream mutes and cuts to an ad

It comes back to Emily saying "...so basically from that i can see its very... yeah, but i can see it has it's perks"
 
1:17PM: Emily asks Abiola/Conor what the worst job would be. Abi says FIFO or Engineer. Conor says policeman because he could not uphold values he doesn't not believe in.

Emily says escort/prostitute, as part of her task to talk about Pretty Woman. Abiola corrects her that sex worker is the correct term. Feed is muted.

Emily is telling a story about someone she claims to have known that was a sex worker. Not sure how she made the connection to the movie work.

Asks Bruce his worst job as he has joined, he says Office Job.
 
1:24PM: Holly complains about how high the AC is. Emily says "it's like a bloody iceberg in there".

Tries again "Did you put your hand in the drink bowl earlier, it was so cold it was like a bloody iceberg in there". Holly is disinterested, "That would have been nice"

Emily tries again again, bringing up the ice bath from yesterday. Interrupted by Colin. When he leaves tries to bring up the ice bath again.

"I felt like an absolute iceberg. It actually reminded me of my sister's friend's grandma, they were on a cruise. Her friend found the love of her life there. They were playing at the pool table and they found love. The cruise nearly hit one of those big icy rocks".

Holly says "Oh like the Titanic?"

Story continues that they fell in love on the cruise but they never saw each other after that. Holly is interested, asking questions. She has been like "I need to hear more Perth stories from you Holly, I love stories about how people fell in love".

Holly relates the story to herself (fighting for love, trying to salvage relationships that weren't meant to be)

1:31PM: Holly seems to now be convinced her and Colin will try to have a serious relationship out of the house.

Talking to Alana about the future of her relationship with Colin, Holly says she is looking forward to going to Luna Park with him, riding e-bikes in the city, going to a bar they both like, talking about how crazy this experience was. She says they will have time to miss each other but won't be that far apart. She says she has had many long distance relationships and is talking about the benefits. "We will give it a red hot crack"

"He is so refreshing, so kind, I have had so many experiences, I know exactly what I do not want in a partner. Maybe it will be nice to not have to answer to someone my own age." Starts going on about how she has been working since she was 14, all while playing sport at the same time.

1:39PM: Emily has a "funny story" (Home Alone) for Colin. "My friend left her baby alone while she went to the hairdresser for 3-5 hours on accident". Mentions burglars. Colin wants to know what the worst thing that could actually happen in that situation is, seemingly thinking it is not that bad. Alana tells him how bad it is. Colin asks if the baby was okay. Says if he was a thief he would have stolen the "ish" and then played with the baby for a bit. Says being a thief would be the "dream life bro".

Colin: "Can I ask, when you have a baby and you go to the beach or the shopping centre, what, you never take your eyes off your baby? You're only a human being".
 
2:15 PM: The house mates laugh and recount the stories she's told, realizing they were all to do with the task.
They ask BB what the "meaning of the task was" and BB Calls Emily to the diary room.
Emily comes back with a bowl of ice creams that she distributes to the HM's
 
2:51pm - Colin says to the house, he would like to have a 'ship' each day... a championship... after lunch. I'm fairly sure he's talking about the word/category association game that the housemates like to play. Colin doesn't want to read out prime numbers though, because it's way too hard.

Colin seems to be largely back to his former self. He talks in an animated way about how he's learnt that you don't freeze bread, because it makes it spongey after you defrost it.

2:52pm - Colin has decided to give AFL a shot after leaving the house. He means watching it, not playing it. Sounds like he usually follows NRL.

The boys confirm there is no actual rivalry between AFL and NRL people, even though they pretend there is.

The table starts talking about various AFL teams and players...

... I can't provide the details unfortunately because I'm gay and don't really understand it hehe.
 
3:06pm - The feed returns to Ed and Bruce by the pool. They are talking about who the public would like. Bruce is confident that Colin "is loved" on the outside, plus he's never been nominated.

Audio muted for a moment, and their discussion is stopped. I'm quite sure Big Brother told them to stop talking about this.

Ed and Bruce are confused about how nominations play out. They both thought that Allana would be nominated again if she didn't get Head Housemate.

Ed: "It's annoying me, that people who would get nominated are being made Head of House... we want them out".

Bruce thinks that Vinnie would be best head of house. He then starts laughing and then jokes "I think Coco would be an amazing head of house".

They start talking about Colin....

Ed: "Those kind of people, you either love them, or don't like them. I'm not like that I haven't done anything to make people love or hate me."
