Episode DAY 11: DAILY SHOW (90m)

Just caught up. Great episode tonight. Huge improvement on last night, not perfect, but better.
I fell in love with Tahan tonight. Perhaps I would have earlier if I got to see her more naturally.

I wonder if anyone was reading our posts today. I did think they would have had some 'ratings crisis' meetings today.

I agree with you - I wouldn't go as far as "I fell in <3 with Tahan tonight" and I honestly doubt the ratings will be that improved compared to last night.

Much better show. We actually saw housemates be housemates.

Heidi needs to get over herself. You can't cry to Tim about being over there when you could have just as easily been there in the first place. And "Wah, I'm supposed to be popular". Oh, how sad I feel for you.

Jade also would have been more subtle if she had just told Matt to drop his pants so she could see how big it is.

Actually sorry I believe the ratings will be considerably higher for tonight's episode as there was not much else on other channels. If the ratings are as bad as yesterdays then there is a big problem!

Haven't seen the show yet and won't till Monday when I get home...... :(

Loving this thread though......:)

Would have been explosive had Tully been sent back for Tim to feast on again. Great that Mikki was saved way to screw HMs with highest nom pointer getting a reprieve. She gets to have time in the safe house
Matt is a player and very strategic, even with his use of the power. He is one to watch
Xavier is also a player there to comfort Mikki and careful later not to say too much, producers pointing out he gave a vote to her.

Have to agree it was a fun episode, still like Ben but agree with others here that he may be more than he is made out to be.
Got to see a little more of the HMs tho still waiting to see more of Jasmine and Sharon had a few moments, not bad in the bikini either.
Ice bath was hilarious, Rohan could be a plant of some sort all things they show of him seem to be to screw things up. He even called himself a mole . Wasn't sure why Jasmine was so keen to have him play cricket for the points when live feed showed he was clearly crap at it and he being slow with the eating of food. The blond sisters showed a little more and they look better without all the caked on makeup.

Anyway thats my lot I hope we get more of the entertainment like this and save us from losing interest in the show.

I don't get why this episode is being repeat Friday 12.15am, but there does not seem to be any other midnight replays.

It's kinda good because I missed most of Thursday Night show. IE: Much better things were on and I had much better things to do.

I just wish they'd bring back 'Up-Late' with Mike Goldman to be honest, cause I'm a night owl.

Guys, I just caught a glimpse of that poll at the bottom of the screen...

Can someone tell me what the results were? Mikayla was on 48%... was that to save or to evict? If it is to evict, wow! I'm shocked she received such a high proportion of poll votes.

It was "who will most likely be affected by tonight's nom nom twist?" So I'm guessing the general public all knew Mikkayla was going to be saved.

I sorta liked that Indian guy who kinda reminds of 'Raj Koothrappali' from Big Bang Theory, but his totally wimping out on the Ice bath tub was a p!ss weak 'effort', turned me off him and now I find myself annoyed every time I see him.

Hated TIM to start with, but now I like him. I might see if SportsBet takes betting on this show. Cause if they , I'm thinking of putting $100 on him to win, depending on the odds.

Loved TULLY until recently, can't stand her now because of the constant whinging and crying - and that she's a Dyke.

PS: I like the two guys having the 'BRO-MANCE', that's cool!

What if there isn't a rule that you can't talk about nominations but the housemates are just assuming there is?

Similar to Big Brother UK 2012 last year when the housemates realized they weren't getting in trouble for talking about nominations and realized there was never a rule in place that didn't allow it.

He's certainly a spanker, there's been some suggestion he's a mole but if that was the case the whole house would have had tinned chicken for his weak ice bath effort and not just that pussy!

How many more moles does this show need?!?

So much nomination talk! where are the strikes?

There's been so much of it now, without it being penalised, or nipped in the bud, that they will find it hard to stop them talking about nominations now. Its something that should have been penalised right from the start. Nearly everyone is having conversations, that wouldn't have been allowed in previous series.

Better show tonight with less diary room and more actual house action - plus as much as I hate them making it "the Ben show" that carried the show (it would have been as dire as yesterday with just the cricket) and loved they had Sonia ring in. That made it worthwhile.

Re: noms chat. It hasn't actually been made clear has it that noms talk is still banned? If it is though and so much has gone unpunished hopefully BB is just waiting for the next noms to give them a warning and punish them then - maybe not by banning them completely from nominating but perhaps by only letting them nominate for 1 point. That's kind of harsher than no nominations at all.

To be honest, I couldn't care less about all this nomination talk being out in the open. Never really got the point in banning nom talk in the first place, all it does is give the 'cool' kids an easier ride to end. When it's more open like this it's a lot more interesting.

Last nights show was easily the best yet. The closest the show has got to being Big Brother. Maybe the producers are actually listening, I don't know. But if it continues to get better then I think we are in for a decent season. A decent season that is a far cry from early BB seasons, but still watchable. I just hope one of the more boring people get the boot in the coming eviction.

Tully needs to get put up for nominations ASAP. She isn't interesting or entertaining, just as a stuck up bitch who only cares about herself. See her carry on after Mikkayla got saved? She is a joke, disgusting person.

If Tim gets the boot this week, it will show once again how fucking dumb the Australian public are. He is probably the most entertaining person in there at the moment, no fake bullshit trying to get ahead, just says what's on his mind with no censorship, which is rare on this show.

I have been a Tahan supporter at the start when everyone bagged her and I still am. But she missed a golden BB moment by not sending Ben over in the switch. Of course BB would have some last min save for him, he is their star.

A reasonable episode last night, however I suspect that it is mainly due to the 90 minute timeslot. If it had been shorter, the episode would have been dedicated solely to Ben the PA, Family Dinner and Game of Phones.
