I think some of the 'offensive' posts happened in the wee hours of the morning (as they usually do) and have been promptly deleted. What's left of the thread isn't that bad but the ones with the more colourful language in them are gone. :biggrin:

It went on for another two hours after I left... But lots were deleted . The whole thread is locked now anyways
 
I also think that whole fan bases get blamed at times for the actions of a few.
No matter which housemate I always think it's interesting to hear their opinions straight from their mouths rather than rumour or supposition (whether you agree with their opinions or not), and it's a shame that members attack each other instead of sticking to the topic and making it uncomfortable for the hm's.

Christmas 1989 I was allowed to pick a video of my choice as a Xmas present off my nan. I picked dirty dancing and mum banned that as it was a 12 plus and I was only 11 1/2! HA! A friend of mine tried to get me to watch Willow as well... after 15 minutes... I was all like this is shit and stopped paying attention...
Perhaps if I had seen it as a child I might of liked it.....
 
Sorry guys to post it here but I'm sure some of you might feel the same way as me right now.
I am once again annoyed with what's happened. I never posted/would not have posted in priyas thread as there's nothing I'd want to ask her but I did read what she was saying...I'm actually really annoyed that all she did was come here and slam some horrible names on David and leave instead of staying back and properly talking to her fans and ignoring the trolls.

She leaves with this "I don't want to propagate hatred against any other housemates either, yes, not even David." well you did, and once you did you left.
I feel like she only came here to write that one long paragraph about David (sandra, sam and Ryan) and then leave...and ask people to follow her on twitter? She had so many people on here wanting to know real things yet once those horrible accusations were off her chest she ran off ... pffft..

You should also watch The Neverending Story for the flawless and awesome special effects! ;) I heart that movie so much I plan to call my kids Artax, Falcor, Bastian, and Atreyu. Haha, only kidding! But I'm tempted, the love is so immense. :laugh:

I appreciate what you are saying but bringing it to the David Appreciation Thread is not a way to go. Perhaps I should start, given the season, a FESTIVUS Thread? Know you will get your own "table-top" version of this shown floor model.:thumbsup:

They're her opinions and she's entitled to them. Doesn't mean that I agree with her (and I never would about this) and doesn't mean that she's accurate. I wouldn't worry about it. I think David is secure enough in himself just to let 'haters hate' and be done with it. Whoever likes David likes him, whoever doesn't already doesn't. Whatever someone else says about him won't change that so even though she has that opinion it doesn't mean we have to take it on board xx

Also, I noticed the exact same thing about that thread...hence why I wanted to make sure Priya knew the negativity had very little to do with her.

We are all entitled to our opinions and we are all going to hear opinions we will not always favour. What we can determine is how we react to it.

Yeah, honestly she was saying the exact same stuff she was spinning about him in the house anyway so it's nothing new. The majority of the other HMs seem to like David a lot now so they obviously don't agree with Priya's assessment of him and David is obviously happy to not to engage with her about it on here. Good on him. The way he handled everything just further highlights to me what a legend he is. For everyone that calls him arrogant he's incredibly humble and we saw that last night. I hope he posts again :)

I know right?

For me the best part of the BBB forum is ripping shreds out of housemates I loathe. Resent the fact Tim put a stop to that, what a spoilsport.
