David Appreciation Thread

@BigSisterEm Thank you for sharing a private family correspondence with us, and thank you @Veronica2005 for making it easy for us to access it. This can only help David's cause - and it is an opportunity to get to know David a little - without any editing of BB. It can only be genuine as it is unlikely David expected to be allowed to write to his family, or to expect that it would be shown publicly so I can think we can trust that it is a true picture of David - and a very positive one.

The one earlier scheduled from Friday night was cancelled and replaced by a movie. Channel 9 decided that a movie (which got way lower ratings than BB has ever gotten) was a better idea to show on Friday night and we don't have BB on again till Monday night unfortunately.
 
What the hell. I thought there at least would be one on on Saturday? That is ridiculous.pout.gif

I am worried for him because he does not have a storyline. On the other hand, neither did Sandra but bb made one for her. (sexy radio host)

BB cancelled the Friday and Sunday shows...not sure for how longtantrum.gif
The footage we saw on Thursday was from Wednesday night, so we haven't a clue if the HM's are still fighting, or kissed and made up.
Monday's show will be concentrating on the return of Travis, Friday night party, new HOH...and if Skye is still upset.
I wonder who the 'public' voted for this week because the HOH poll didn't appear to be reset from last week... Skye might end up being HOH again?

Thank you and your family for sharing that. It made me smile. David seems to have his head on straight, and no matter what happens in the house, I'm sure that will serve him well. Fingers crossed he'll stick around a bit longer.

I had a MASSIVE laugh when I read the line about Sportsbet! I had said last year they can stuff all the free spray tans and party invites... just seeing that my name was up there and people were able to bet on me would be the highlight.

Fingers crossed that whatever's going on in the house this weekend is not only positive and fun for David but actually makes the bloody show on Monday.

Anyway, David's letter is awesome and warrants every pixel it takes on the page. We are lucky to get to see these things his family have every right to keep private. A bit late to the party but what a beautiful letter! Lovely to see as others have said, he's not just interested in talking about himself.

No idea why they didn't have an episode tonight...Channel 9 you're not doing yourself any favours. Let's hope they put together a decent episode tomorrow and give our lovely Dave some more screentime!

Lawson and Cat pashing on the bed on Monday's show...did he hear from BB that his GF had dumped him?
Travis returns wearing a suit (make over) on Monday's show
HM offered money to self evict on Tuesday's show
Rumours leaked Leo and Skye went "all the way"

There are five people up for eviction this week and all five of them won't have anything to do with what Monday night has on offer. How is that even possible! haha. I guess we just have to hope that David is profiled heavily on Travis' return and that he somehow gets involved with the Lawson/Cat pash but ONLY if it's in a positive way.
If Leo and Skye did go all the way I hope David wasn't the creepy guy in the corner watching!
