Very true. Maybe after getting so many nomination votes...even though none of them were from Sam...David will suspect that some were and will steer clear from him in the future. I think it was unfair that Lawson and Sam got back to back power. They have been sitting golden...and considering the whole Sandra/Cat drama involved with those two...it really makes me suspicious about how they got that back to back power. Did Tim really decide on his own to give it to Lawson? Did the public vote for Sam? I don't recall seeing a vote advertised. I was surprised he got it. How the hell was he chosen? Why aren't they competing for it in weekly comps this year? Is it because production won't be able to control who gets it that way?
I do hope David and Skye align. (Don't worry Skye...Lisa might think you are "OTT", but her miserable self and the rest of that club are "OTTC"...only think they're cool.) Maybe one or two more...like Jason and Priya...will stop trying to fit into the OTTC Club and join forces with a David/Skye alliance. Hopefully after he is saved in top spot to massive cheers...fingers crossed...something like this will happen. Especially if we can get two members of the OTTC Club out next week.

Skye and David would be the most oddball couple. And given Skye's popularity it would actually be a genius move. I think she's teetering on the brink of awesome, loved that she stuck it up to Lawson about the jelly, and then voted for Lisa. Both moves, I wholeheartedly approve.

Agree...I also thought it was funny when she suggested that they align and referred to themselves as the immature one and the one that isn't funny. At least they can laugh at themselves. They are going to need to in that house full of up-tight, miserable, condescending...I can on and on. Anyway, I also liked how Skye called Lisa out for being aggressive...and then called her out again for it when Lisa tried to deny ever being aggressive to her...in an aggressive manner.
me too! Though I still like Lawson. But I was like go girl! It's not like they were deprived of jelly. Katie saying that she works with children and sky is the biggest brat or whatever it was... Really? she was the only one who didn't make a fuss about not having food in that first week.
Sky and David is a very strange and unexpected duo, but it could so work! It would trip the hms out bug time too! A joining of the older hm and the younger hm, the popular type with the weirdo type... I hope it happens! To think I almost wrote skye off too. Only one who doesn't seem to judge david for every one of his moves. Lets face it, whoever has the balls to not play sheep and whinge about david is A ok by me
good friends, but Sam is running the show if they are tag teams. Lawson brought sam in that prank with david and Jason, and it sam who took over and started asking the questions.

I'm hoping tonight continues the pattern of us getting Alex's BB and not Ch 9's because I really feel like there are huge chunks of David's personality that we're missing out on. I loved his interaction with Skye (although she does my head in quite often) and I find it hard to believe that that side of David doesn't come out more often than what we've been shown lately. Last night he only featured so much because he'd copped the most nom points but the majority of that footage was an attempt to cast him in a negative light and from the lack of talk about him at all on FB I'm worried he's just going to fall by the wayside this week with voters.

You know what's amazing? David's armpits are getting more screen time than Ryan and Jake.
You know what's ironic? The things David are being nominated for are deemed so irrelevant by the producers they aren't even being shown. They show something completely different, usually David being unintentionally awkward or putting his foot in it quite by accident. It actually is hard to watch him struggle to fit in.

That's what I found annoying - we heard the housemates bitching about him then they'd show a short little snippet which appeared to back up what they were saying about him, so he definitely got the bad edit in last night's show. It amazes me that some people voting base their opinion on those sort of moments which are more akin to others telling you what someone is like rather than you seeing it yourself.
Personally I love that David doesn't fit into their idea of what they think he should be like. To me that says he's not afraid to be himself and his self-awareness is a lot more appealing to me than the likes of Lisa who berates others for exhibiting the personality traits she possesses herself. Seeing them all target him just wants me to see him stay more and hopefully we'll see more from him tonight.

Let's hope David get's a positive edit this week. last night BB didn't really show us much of what was bothering the others but I think it's more that David's still on the bottom of the pecking order in the house, so none of them want to make an alliance with him, so it's easy to put a target on his back...
Leo will be getting airtime with the girls hanging around him on their best behaviour, and the guys probably don't want to hear too much about his modelling and workouts, although hopefully Leo has more to offer (I have him in the sweepstakes, so he better be nice to David lol)

I think he will be. At the end of last night's show, the whole house was doing a group hug and left David completely on the outer and Leo made the effort to go and support David. Leo might have tickets on himself but I think he can see that was a dick move by the house. Fingers crossed they show this 'event' that Sam and the rest of his clones were referring to and get the whole story. Seems weird that when every housemate nominated him they didn't show any footage to go with it.

part of me hopes BB just moves on, and not shows old footage... although it would be nice to find out last night during noms what Jake said to David about Katie that caused the drama.. Jake only gave David 1 point, but Jason gave David 3 for causing drama. David nominated Jake for messing with the girls hearts, so might be why he exposed him in the first place?

Would love to see David be most saved, but I doubt he can beat out Skye at this point. I'm pretty confident he'll stay. Cat is at risk as polling well above the others last week will mean complacency from her voters. Lisa & Jake are at risk for obvious reasons. I think Skye, Aisha, and Travis all have overlapping fan bases which will split their votes. Out of the trio Aisha seems the most obvious to slip through the cracks but perhaps this will mean more votes to her at the expense of Skye and Travis...?
I love the thought of the house meltdown from David getting the most votes. The dominant alliance will probably attempt to absorb him into their ranks. Every year the housemates seem to fall into the trap of thinking that popular people within the house must be popular on the outside. In vote to save I think being a part of the early dominant alliance only hinders your chances of winning.

I think Mean girl Lisa will get some of Katie's fans votes, and Gemma is asking her fans to get behind Jake.
Hopefully Cat's confession to Lawson tonight puts her in bad light this week, although she might end up getting sympathy votes...

It definitely seem to indicate that the "drama" was relating to David and Jake (and the threesome) and that Katie got involved. Not surprising there. Perhaps he got involved at the request of Skye, sort of a go between? We probably won't know now anyway, or at least be shown what went down.
David seems to have been shafted so hard by the girls in the house over the smallest of things. SaggyTitsGate (which was started by Travis), Sandra's thighs (which was started by Sandra), Sandra's boobs (started by ?). See a theme? He might just be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I'm pretty sure he won't have just said "Girl, your tits are tiny!", just out the blue. David obviously gives subtle and not so subtle digs which then become blown out of proportion. It's clearly in his makeup, that's him. The sooner Sandra and her insecurities leave the house, the better. She's a traitor and boring to boot. Surprised she got through the psych testing to be honest, she's got issues and probably shouldn't have been out in the public spotlight and under public scrutiny.

Poor Dave it seems like he's on the outer with the house mates. It seems like he lacks self awareness and rubs people up the wrong way with his foot in mouth comments. The dynamic of the house is very 'cool kids'. The good thing is that the audience love an underdog so hopefully he gets enough support.
