I think that they will do the show your secrets thing they do each year. I can't wait to see David's face when he is sitting next to Ryan when they show on the tv screen Ryan saying to Lisa that he would never be friends with David in the outside world.
 
Dave had some awesome moments this episode. But shading every housemate that has been evicted to date was a definite highlight. :laugh:

Although they were clearing clutching for some romantic spark, I think he respects Penny for just being herself, and let's face it, she is kinda cool. I sort of wish there was more there. :inlove:

And as for Priya, shame on her, more like! Her and her holier than thou attitude. :stop: She can't take any kind of criticism whatsoever, nor does she let anyone get a word in edgewise. Our consolation prize, an awful bitchy gossipy edit for Priya, plus the added bonus that she's aligning herself with the dunces.

"Respects Penny?" Oh come on, he is the woman hater, didn't you know? Haha.

I agree though, no spark there, just Dave being NICE.
 
I get David's point to Priya but I don't think it came across the right way. He should have just been something like 'sometimes I feel you treat me like a student and i don't like that'. I don't think it needed a fight and tears.

I hate thought that he is labelled a women hater by some. What is he meant to do? Not say his opinion cause woman are precious princesses who can't defend themselves. Like it would be no issue if he spoke his mind with the guys. Which I'm guessing he does but we that's not a big deal so not worthy of air time. Yet he pays a woman a compliment and is nice and is still paid out for it. What the heck is he meant to do.

Also I'm not a huge Tom fan but kudos to him for his comments on Skye. And I'm back off the Priya train. Although I've jumped on and off so many times who knows what'll happen next episode.
 
I understood what David meant when talking to Priya. He did not express well or use the right wording but I did get the gist of it. Priya is a teacher so will carry certain characteristics in the way she talks to her students. She does have a certain authority over students and there is a way you would talk to them to hold that authority. David was saying that she also talks to him like she would her students. Like you are always right and know it all, and as a teacher you should know more when teaching your students.
 
So it seems that David and Lina, two of my favourite remaining housemates, don't seem to be getting along? I think I will have to slide with the artistic Lina with the great voice on this one, sorry David fans.

Do we think David is genuinely buying the "House Heart Throb" title? Skye and Leo fell hook, line and sinker.

Man, I feel so lucky. I had awesome teachers at school. They were like our friends. We'd sit and make toasted sammiches in our Year Level coordinators office at lunch time, watch movies in the library backroom, and our chemistry teacher used to teach us theories based on alcoholic beverages, her particular favourite being Ouzo. I look back on school as awesome times, I don't ever remember being talked down to. Told to shut up, yes, but never degraded.

No brothers, just 2 older sisters.... I give as good as I get and @BigSisterEm has already admitted David can reduce her to tears as she is the more emotional one. His best mate is also female and can give as good as she gets too.... not that we really argue to be honest. Well I haven't argued with David in a long time - its kinda hard to argue over Skype!!! :)
 
We came in half way through the conversation in the spa. They were both giving it. She was defensive, he has a thing about her treating him like a child, and was being probably stubborn, and she was interrupting. Probably one of those circular arguments they have many times because neither want to give in. I don't understand all the anti-Dave sentiment though because he has as much right to talk as Priya. As does she. Her comments in the diary room were shady though in my opinion - he wasn't saying she was a bad teacher, he was saying that he wasn't her student and didn't need her talking to him like one. But it's ok to point out Dave's flaws apparently. Neither are perfect.
