Clawson

Gotta be honest, I love Cat and Lawson. I understand people's issues with it, but look...

He decided to go on BB. It's an intense situation where you're locked up in close quarters for three months, with no contact with your partner, in intimate friendships with other women. He had to have thought about the possibility of something like this going down.

Also, Lawson is 23 years old. How many people end relationships, no matter how serious, at 23 -- especially when they're going through such a huge, life-changing experience.

In my mind, I give something of a pass for people in the house. Obviously if he and Cat were friends outside and this were happening, he would break up with the girlfriend. He has no way of contacting the girlfriend, and while he's tried to push it away for the time being, it was going to emerge at some point. It's unfortunate, but he knew that going in.

I think they're genuinely a good couple, and that they are both being honest about where they're at. Especially Cat. She's mature, has been married, etc.

You're entitled to your opinion, as disconcerting as some of us may find it, but, "I think they're genuinely a good couple"--can I ask where you're getting that from?
 
What's this about 4chan saving Cat? I've never even seen bbau discussed on there.

But ughhhh I don't know how to feel about this whole thing. I still want to believe they're nice people and it just seems a lot worse than it is because BB is editing for drama (I liked the kissing noises when their heads were in completely different places in the bed). But idk. IDK.
 
Just my opinion obviously, but I think they're a good couple because their personalities seem to be a really good match. They get along so well, they both seem (to me) to have their heads screwed on pretty well (for people who would go on BB haha) and there's obvious chemistry there. Mostly just judging off their personalities. I think they complement each other well.

Like someone else said earlier, I am married and would not go on BB because it is obvious that it is a hugely dangerous situation. Of course it is going to be tempting when you feel like you're in a completely different world, you can't contact your partner, and you've been deprived of sex and physical affection for weeks/months. Recipe for disaster. That's why I'm not so surprised or outraged over this development. Going into the house was the first step to this kind of thing.
 
I would be really interested to see a pic of Lawsons girlfriend And one of Sams girlfriend as well.. Has anyone seen a pic of either of them?

Well yeah, I'm not saying everybody cheats in the house obviously. I'm saying that you have to be aware the temptation is going to be high and be very well mentally prepared for that.

Yet you think Cat and Lawson have their heads screwed on well? I'm not trying to be in attack mode, ha, but I don't follow.
 
I can't figure out what happened under those sheets! It definitely was not a full-on makeout session...it kind of looked like Lawson pulled his head away a bit?

Anyway, that's totally beside the point. What those two are doing is Wrong Town. I've been with my partner for five years (same time as Lawson and Candice) and Lawson crossed the line way before the Sanctuary. You don't need to kiss to cheat, in my eyes. He's been emotionally cheating for a while.

What I mean by that is more the fact that I don't think they're just being stupid or messing around. I think their feelings are genuine. I do think it sucks that they're doing this while he has a girlfriend on the outside, but he's admitted he has feelings too and he has no way of breaking up with the girlfriend. He has no way of communicating with her. Obviously I don't condone the way this is happening, but it's real easy to judge. I think their heads are screwed on well in that they're not just all up in the drama and such or generally horrible people. And from the impression I have of them otherwise, I think they are genuine in this even as it is a sucky situation.

They were both obviously pretty drunk. I wonder if they regretted anything the next morning.

I really want Cat to stay in so we can see the drama unfold.

Change a few pronouns and this is word for word what all the Drully apologists said, they called it 'trew' love and we all know how it worked out.

As I said then whether it's 'real' or not doesn't matter. They haven't days to live so why must they act on their feelings now? The decent thing to do is wait until they're out of the house and Lawson has ended it with the girlfriend.
 
So jumpin got to lawson’s best mate Jaxon the other day who knows him better than anyone else

“I think Cat’s crush is one-sided,” Jaxon said simply. “I’ve known him a long time and he talks to girls easily but he has never cheated; he’s not that type of guy. He sees her as more of a friend.”
