I think the boys responded in a normal manner when faced with the horror of jinny juice in a public area. In hindsight it was inappropriate, but at the time the "fooooookin 'ell, Ewwwwww" moment was warranted.

Gemma, Stephanie and Darren won immunity

Gemma barred Christopher saying he'd been vomitting so much (during the cocktail task) that she didn't think he'd be up for a party ... Darren nominated Daniella saying she'd been feeling sick all day ... and Stephanie nominated Tiffany because she wasn't feeling well
so in the end it was a fizzer - no explosions :(

they're a sickly lot this year!!!

I've caught mostly up on the show - still have about 3-4 episodes to watch I think.

So far my take on a few of them:

Gemma: I liked her the first couple of days. I don't like it when she whines and carries on though. She's a lot smarter than some people think. She's very observant and knows just when to go in and 'load the gun' like Danniella says. When she pulls someone to the side and speaks slowly and deliberately you know she's stirring shit. And some are easily manipualted. I don't like reading references to her weight though and the name calling as if weight is some personality defect. Like a larger person can never just be a bitch, she always has to be a fat bitch. It's resorting to the 'easiest' and most predictable form of insult and in my opinion people should stick to personality.

Anyway.

It surprises me how insecure most of these people are. So fame and being in the public eye is no guarantee for happiness or self-esteem.

Stephanie: I've read and can see all sides in the Stephanie issue. However, in her I really do see someone extremely insecure and not mature enough to realise that she's her own worst enemy. I want to tell her to believe in herself more, and she doesn't need the comfort and reassurance of a guy to feel good about herself. I worry for her when she leaves and faces the backlash because I do think she's a vulnerable girl.

Jeremy: Seems nice enough, although he is not innocent in the Stephanie situation either. I can't figure out what he's really thinking to be honest. And neck tatts aren't my favourite thing.

Tiffany (or should I say Tittany): Wow, she gives me a headache. She's sometimes like a wind-up jack-in-the-box you just want to shove back down and close the lid. Talking and yelling over people and overly-dramatic - I couldn't live with her. Way too quick to fire up. Have some control of yourself girl. Other times though I do find her entertaining, she's just a bit full-on. That whole 'David is dead' fiaso lol!!

John: I like John. I think he looks at the younger ones sometimes and you can see him mentally rolling his eyes because he's been there done that and doesn't want to revisit it. I do think he's a natural leader though and doesn't really like being told he's wrong. It also makes him a pretty easy target for those wanting to take him down.

Darren: I can't figure him out. I think he's easily led. Bit boring really.

Danniella: I like her. She's been around the block a few times and has a rather tough veneer but deep down I really do think that she's as vulnerable as the rest of them.

Chris: Meh. Crybaby.

Scotty T: He's probably the person who has surprised me most. When I saw he was going into the house I really expected him to be running around like an idiot, yelling about 'getting mortallllll' and humping the furniture. He actually has a brain in his head and can express himself quite well (if you can understand his accent). I don't know what his motives are in the Stephanie/Jeremy situation and saying things about her but I guess it's all a game?

As for the people who left:

Jonathan : I was disappointed that he left. He can be a little bitch but I like his level of snark.

Megan : when she blew her stack she was honestly out of control. The level of anger was SO over the top. I did like her for the most part but wow.

Angie: she probably was the person with the biggest mood swings. I also think her 'it's fine' over the fact her son doesn't talk with her was a cover perfected over a number of years.

David: what a nice guy. Seriously different to what I thought he'd be like.

Winston and Nancy: Good riddance.

I wonder if they are allowed to opt out of even trying?
Just the SOUND of someone else heaving sets me off ... I'd be hopeless in a task like that

Let's just say my gag reflex is heavily influenced by smell.
 
so how long will the Versailles Treaty last do you think?

and will this be the last exit via the fire door/camera runs? or will they try it a third time? Hopefully BB tore them a new one and said third time will be the charm - there will be no going back in ... because its getting old now ...

Daniella's apology seemed heartfelt ... Gemma's I'll have to wait and see ... she SAYS its not for the cameras but in stating that she's obviously thinking about the cameras! she doesn't switch her game off ever! and not sure if Steph will ever be able to hold back on her barbs as they are her form of defence ... its just a powder keg waiting to be reignited really

No way I could do that. I'm with you @Insomniac ... just the smell alone & I would be heaving all over the place.

So after Daniella said about Stiff Fanny, "She's a fucking slaag!".... Daniella, Stiff Fanny & the GC have made up. I wonder how long this will last. *yawn*

Some things are just better not said. At least she didn't say her arms, legs and mouth were open for him. I imagine Darrens wife would have been gearing up to cut a bitch! :woot:

...I've only just got home from the Central Coast and did what I don't usually do and went to straight to 'Telemix' before watching the show first and then posting my thoughts!... I just HAD to know who it was that went... now I wish that I didn't!... :frown::frown::frown:...what a bummer!... I loved her in the house... what the hell is wrong with the Brits?... **Sticky puts a black arm band on**... I'm so devastated!...

...now I have to do a binge and watch 3 Daily Shows and whatever BOTS shows... aw man!... it looks like I've missed a lot of good stuff!... I was going to post these of Mighty Megan before we left because I loved her fiestiness but didn't get the chance... so I guess that instead this is a sort of memorium of some kind of one of her amazing moments in the house... now to binge... cheers. :(<-- (me sad)

great to see you back MrS - never fear there will be the 3 daily shows & only one BBOTS to catch up on :) (no BBOTS on the weekend?)

at least Megan got the best reception so far from the audience - no boos (or none that I could hear - they were drowned out by the cheers) :)
 
How dare the producers not provide the delectable Queen Gemma with a "Blow-Dry-Guy" who does actually know what he's doing. Surely a refund is justified and another so many weeks of nomination immunity.
