Noxious, thanks for the insider info. This thread has brought me out of long-time lurkerdom to offer up a theory. I don't think there was any actual TFing going on in the spa. They couldn't film it - too much bubble bath, no overhead camera - but there was something highly suspicious. The crew on duty at the time are saying 'Oh man, that is a total TF situation!' But there is no proof. So they figured, 'Let's play the footage we do have, and watch them react with absolute shame in the power room, as soon as the spa footage comes up.' Hence the playback footage with the dramatic 'ooh' (smiling Cat) and studious tongue-to-the-side Lawson photos. Emphasised as still shots, with dramatic percussion - meaning 'we know what you did, you two, fess up.' So the producers hype up the 'what really happened in the spa' ep, expecting Cat and Lawson to collapse with shame and start blabbering when we see those spa still photos. But during playback, they're still sitting there anxiously, waiting for the kissing footage and maybe what came afterwards. The episode goes down as a major overhype. I'm open-minded about what happened after the kissing in the dark, but this is the only explanation that makes sense of the producers' actions, Noxious's info and Cat & Lawson's reactions. Bet he got his toe stuck in a spa jet. 'Hey Cat, think I found a spa jet'. 'Oh wow, see if you can wriggle your toe'. Mistaken by the crew as dull double entendres. But actually just drunken rambling. And what guy sticks his toe into a girl's business before they've even kissed? Not that these two are paragons of appropriateness, but Jesus, I've never heard of that! As for what happened after the kiss in the dark? I'm thinking the source is probably pretty accurate there. That smooch sound sure had Lawson confessing to moral degeneracy. I'm pretty sure he knew there was more footage (pardon the pun) from that point...
