ermahgerrrd. I even watched this show while I was overseas. INSANE.

I've never had a show end like that where im actually like "yeah but what do they do next?" "so does he get it or not?" "what would such and such's reaction be when they get this" ... blah blah you get what I mean without typing spoilers lol :)

The show is Walt. Walt has no idea and so we have no idea. He did what he could. Maybe it all works out, maybe it doesn't. However Walt is gone, so he won't know. He died hoping it will.

SPOILER ALERT .......... They did it well. So much to close off in so short a time but they did it and they didn't make it OTT unbelievable and it was enjoyable and true to the characters. I loved it and I am especially glad they finished it on a high (boom boom) versus waiting for it to wear itself out.

I'm so glad Jessie was ok. Even knowing he wasn't a real person I was so relieved to know he got free

Quite different ....and I'm only 3 episodes in. .... But so far I highly recommend 'Orange is the new Black'. Just if anyone is looking for a new show

I think one way it was good is that his plan and how things were done. Wasn't the biggest or craziest thing. It was all very much in line with how he may have dealt with some problems earlier on in the show.

It wasn't crazy like he built an atomic bomb or something.

Hahaha but yes I agree. They kept to the usual theme of him being clever but not being outlandish. It was done well.

Now I'm hanging for season 2 of House of Cards and to keep watching Orange is the new Black

Yep, I'm all over that seen the whole season. Love it!! Good characters, interesting story and I work in a correctional facility so I find it an extra laugh for some reason.

Cool ... Your job would put a whole new spin on watching it. Good to know I have a lot more fun to look forward to with it :D

Hope your job has some fun moments too. Good on you. I don't agree with all laws and all reasons people are locked up but some definitely should be and I can imagine its a tough gig being gate keeper - thanks

I can't figure out how Walt got the ricin into Lydia's sugar.

And I feel really sorry for Walt Jr that the last time he spoke to his dad he wished him dead. Sure that's how he feels now, but he may not feel the same when he finds out he actually is dead. Especially when he realises that Walt didn't kill Hank. Even if Skyler doesn't tell him, the forensics of the scene is going to show that there were ALOT of guns involved. And then if it comes out that Walt's last stand was killing Hank's murderers...

He said she's a creature of habit. Same time, same table every week.

They had set up how she specifically likes her tea over and over again. We can assume he just got lucky and went to the restaurant on that day, or maybe he staked it out a week or two before. We don't have a clear idea of the passage of time.

He knew she always sat at that table. She always put that one kind of sugar into her tea. If you noticed there was just one packet of it in the container. So he simply got a packet of it. Injected it in, opened it and closed it or something. Made sure that was the only packet there so she'd use it. She did ask for another packet from the waitress.

I'm watching Orange is the New Black too I think I'm about 5 eps in, its pretty good.

As up all night said, Walt is just very clever and knew she would be there and ask for stevia. If you read any forums/reddit before the episode everyone was predicting that he would poison her with it as it was really foreshadowed a lot.

I loved the automatic gun, it was similar to when they blew up Gus with the bomb on the wheelchair.. Walt is just very smart and calculating but hes not one to go running in with a machine gun and start kung-fu-ing people. There is an interview with Vince about his plans for Walt, because when they shot the first scene of him with the gun they hadn't worked out the ending.. he said they discussed some options and then they realised you can't write him as being this macho man so they stuck with his character.

I've pretty much read none of the comments in this thread to avoid spoilers.
Just started watching it recently and am so far half way through season 2 and love it.
Wish I started watching earlier but put it off because I had no time for another television series, anyway it's a shame there is only 5 seasons!

It's a shame and it isn't. It remains constantly great. If there was more, who knows...

No way it should have kept going, one of the things that makes a show great is that it knows where to end. It's either that or it fades away. It was damn awesome but there wasn't too much left to say IMO and it would have looked a bit cheap to stretch out the conclusion.

My dickhead mate already told me how it ends, but whatever, still interesting to see how it all goes leading up to that.

There's no way that should ruin it for you, I managed to avoid spoilers but still knew for sure that he was never going to live happily ever after and any other spoilers for the last episode don't ruin the previous storyline in any way. Just think of it that way.

The ending is brilliant and unexpected. Even if you've been spoiled it won't be ruined.

Enjoy!!

Just finished watching this, the baby got us the box set for Xmas. What a fantastic journey.
