...Jeez!... does he ever stop?... I think that they will need to put him on 'suicide watch' when he finally get's thrown out of the house on a serious note... cheers.
Who cares?

He's an idiot for going back in and deluding himself into thinking he can win. He knows about the #AbusedByGross hashtag and that it was all over the media quickly after the Launch - no-one would ever vote for that scumbag to win, yet he thinks he has a shot? lol.

I get what you're saying MrS but even being a Cockney ... but for instance does every Cockney swear on the same level or tell jokes at the same level? or like everywhere else does everyone still have their own boundaries/levels of language/sense of decency?

Marc's also heavily influenced by the blokey 'comraderie' (for want of a better word) forged during his time in the army - he didn't have to moderate his behaviour to be 'decent' because there would probably not have been very many women around him - and the few that were probably would not have thanked him for making any 'allowances' for their gender.

...oh riiiiiiiiiiiight!... (the penny has just dropped!)... I can see where you're coming from with this now crimmy!... a fair enough point too... looking at it from that point of view... as far as I'm concerned then when he crosses the line 99% of the time it's probably due to the fact he doesn't know when to stop his blokey 'comraderie'/blokey behaviour and act like a normal human being... (especially around women)... that is his major downfall most of those times... with that being said it shows to me that he is basically socially awkward...

...he needs to be 're-humanised' in a sense from what I can see looking at his behaviour in that light... a good point crimmy!... (sorry that I was slow on the uptake lol!)... those girls in the audience gave their point of view about his behaviour and 'Irish banter' comment based on their on dealings with fellow 'Dubliners' without taking his blokey 'comraderie' into consideration because as with most people probably do not realise about his ex-soldier environment I guess...

...regardless... either way... he is a socially awkward pig of a man that treats women like slaggy prostitutes and wants to drink himself to an early death because I believe that he is totally lacking in self respect and any form of natural decency... he has a total lack of self worth and is living for the moment only... he is a bully... a spoilt brat... an ex-girlfriend has seriously dented his ego at some time... he's insecure... has a 'Peter Pan' complex which makes him fear growing old and hence the reason to drink himself into an early grave... all of his disgusting behaviour is aimed at him getting the most airtime thereby ensuring that he wins the whole contest... I won't even get started on his bad points!...:bang::punch::rage:... cheers.

NO.gif

...I so loved the way that Harry gave Big Brother absolutely nothing at all to feed off to be able to vamp up later to their advantage for a 'dramatic moment' in the Diary Room... lol!... she gave them naff all!... she may not be as quick-witted as Marc and others but she sure knows how not to fall into obvious traps being set for her lol!... I hate to admit it but she's slowly endearing herself to me by doing such things!... keep doing what you're doing Harry... keep on standing up to cowardly Marc big time!... go you good thing!... cheers.

...that's the trouble Rison... he really does believe in his own mind that he could win it!... he is such a deluded simpleton... he really is... as seen in this previous post of mine with this GIF below he is even going along with the hatred of him and is turning it into an 'in' joke...

View attachment 49034

...he would be deluding himself now into thinking along the lines of...'I am getting maximum airtime by doing what I'm doing... I must keep this up and show them all that I am 'Mr Showbiz' after all'... it really is sad when you think of it...

...it looks to me that both he and Marc have both run out of steam if you ask me... they even said the same thing last night on BOTS and I totally agree with them... they both have nothing much more to offer us of themselves now and unfortunately all we are going to see from now on is the first signs of their true selves and I'm definitely not looking forward to that believe me!... and because of this 'fake eviction' bullshit we have to tolerate them for at least another week or so... it sucks big time!... cheers.

I was thinking you could teach him a thing or two about being a true gentleman MrS :)

...hahaha!... it would involve taping his mouth shut and a few days of tenderising him with a baseball bat for starters lol!... (not that I condone violence of course);)... cheers.

and because of this 'fake eviction' bullshit we have to tolerate them for at least another week or so... it sucks big time!... cheers.
The only way either of them are going in the next real eviction is if the producers send the returning HM's in (and since I expect that they will be the sole people to nominate next week) and target them to preserve the public's memory of these two so that they can potentially use them in a future UltimateBB/All-Stars instead of having them burn-out in the house now and be worthless later on.

...aw crap... I didn't think of that Rison... what a godawful prospect that could be... God help us all if this eventuates... I'm going to have nightmares about this I can just see it... cheers.

According to the enlightened panellists on BOTS, Harry cannot be in the same room with Marc and Marc cannot be in the same room with Harry - when did that happen? It shows again that the dimwits only watch or witness the episode just prior to BOTS.
It is Harry who complains that she cannot be in the same room with Marc because he keeps talking over her, not even mentioning the constant insults. Whenever she wants to say something, Marc bulldozes her. (He does that with all the HMs, except Harry is the only one who takes issue and she has a right to).
Marc is particularly nasty to Harry now because she refuses to accept his behaviour. Put yourself in Harry's shoes... what would you do? Kowtow like the other deadbeats? No? So you start defending yourself and try to tell him how you see it but he won't have a bar of it... what would you do?

To go on "speak-strike" was the only way out for her because by now everybody was patronising her and trying to convince her that Marc is not such a bad bloke and just stopping short of blaming HER for Marc's behaviour.

On BOTS they tar both Marc and Harry with the same brush... those simpletons. It was only two days earlier when Harry and Marc where cuffed together while Harry and Nick had that food thing going on. Does anyone remember what happened there? Did anyone even pay attention?? Marc was an absolute pig, sticking his filthy fingers into cakes which were meant for Harry and Nick - is this the friendly Irish banter everybody is talking about? To her credit, Harry remained as composed as could be. Had I been in her place, I would have strangled the bastard.

Then there is the myth of Marc being okay because he is who he is (whatever that means) and because he is honest. HONEST??? Fuck honesty if it manifests itself in the mental anguish those who have the privilege of tasting Marc's "honesty" have to suffer. Have we turned into animals and forgotten that there is such a thing as tact and compassion?

sorry but Harry just plain annoys me

however most of them annoy me ... the ones that don't are the ones that are flying under the radar ...

at this point I want Sam and Simon and Harry and NickTheNose all gone ... I'd like to see Marc flounder a bit longer to see if he adapts his game but if he's going to keep up the disgusting talk he can leave along with them ... they talk about him being so intelligent - well show us by adapting your game and being clever with it instead of just rude, crude & socially undesirable

as for the intelligence - what is the measuring stick here? the other HM's? SMH!

what did the twins add to the panel on BOTS? nothing! they are just so boring I don't know why they needed to bring them back?!

I hadn't thought about the person being sent to the bunker being the only one to nominate in the following week once they return but knew there would have to be something more to them leaving ... if they are outside will they get to watch the house or get info from the 'legends' with regard to who to nominate ... it would be better for them to be given a power like removing nominations of one HM BEFORE seeing the others' nominations (so that it might be a useful award but its in the lap of the gods whether it is successful the way they plan or not) ... or given x amount of votes to distribute amongst HM's of their choice = again BEFORE seeing the other's nominations

I'm a bit over the face to face nominations - give them secret ones for a change and let them feel secure about nominating ... at this point they'd have to be suspicious everytime they went into DR that someone was being allowed to see what they say / do in there

. Whenever she wants to say something, Marc bulldozes her. (He does that with all the HMs, except Harry is the only one who takes issue and she has a right to).

Joel made an interesting observation in the DR that he challenges Marc and doesn't get the same reaction - and said its a personality clash between the two. Maybe they ARE very similar - Harry always says she doesn't care what other people think ... she never gets a clue that her nudity actually makes other HM's uncomfortable - or rather she DOES but she doesn't see that she could respect their feelings and be a little less "in your face" with it

(Never thought I'd see two young guys scamper out of a bathroom so quickly as when she stood up to get out of the bath ... almost left tyre marks!!) The way she just got up, left a trail of bubbles over the floor and into the house ... she really doesn't consider anyone else

It's always her way or the highway with that one ...

I don't agree with the way Marc speaks to her at all but she surely pushes every button ... this might be great entertainment value but ultimately it looks like Marc's vitriole has some effect on her when she sees the other HM's enjoying his company ... they're all seemingly finding their coping mechanisms rather than butting heads with him outright like she does. It has to wear her down - but separating herself away from everyone else is not doing herself any favours.

I'd like to see Marc flounder a bit longer to see if he adapts his game but if he's going to keep up the disgusting talk he can leave along with them ... they talk about him being so intelligent - well show us by adapting your game and being clever with it instead of just rude, crude & socially undesirable
The longer Marc stays in the house, the more momentum his power trip gains. Every single day counts, get him out asap or he WILL win.
Who was that who said Marc was so intelligent? Someone on the panel, or Rylan... yes, I heard that too but didn't and don't give it much credence.

Marc will change his abominable ways when hell freezes over. Or when Simon stops crying.

the other HM's said it - but as I said they're not particularly that astute themselves ... sooooooooooooo

I try to remain an optimist (aka totally deluded) - please don't be raining on my parade

:bang::punch::rage:...sorry in advance but this is a long rant if you can be bothered to read it all the way through lol!...:bang::punch::rage:

...Harry is probably totally pissed off because she sees herself as the only one that has the balls to put Marc in his place... the way all of the others bow down to him is so pathetic... what would really be getting up her feckles would be that she sees those same people slowly warming up to Marc and are just accepting his vile behaviour as being acceptable everyday behaviour which means that they are not offended by him anymore because 'that's just Marc being Marc' and that it's alright... IT'S NOT ALRIGHT!...

...she sees that they have all given up fighting his vile ways and is therefore getting frustrated because they have all thrown in the towel... I guess that I'm siding with Harry because I was a Union Delegate in a company for 26 years of my 33 years there and 9 times out of 10 I used to be the only one left standing arguing with management until we won (I never lost once by the way)... so I know just how she feels...

...it is not a good feeling being the only one in a group fighting the fight... if she won this fight with Marc and he said 'fook it... I'm outta here!' and left the house they would all come out from hiding behind furniture and then rally around her and pat themselves on the back and say stuff like... 'WE showed him didn't we?'... or... 'I knew that WE would win in the end!' ... types of comments like true cowards do... (trust me... that's happened so many times to me in the past)...

...Harry would be feeling so down because the others are cravenly begging her to submit to Marc to appease him and she won't because she knows that what she is doing to him is the right thing to do... Marc is doing a great job in convincing the others that he is now the 'victim' in all of this... the evidence in this is that even Nick would pick Harry to go if he had the choice to do so... that is betrayal at it's worse possible level!... what a back-stabbing coward he is for doing that!... it sickens me to the core...

...after that bout of 'quiet time' Harry has come back to her 'defiance mode' and will most probably grow more in confidence with herself each day and will slowly erode Marc down more and more as she grows... at least that what I hope happens... if/when she does the others will see Marc losing it and will pounce on him like a pack of Piranhas... they would all be there kicking their boots into him like it was their doing...

...Harry is right in persisting with this... she probably even realises that Big Brother have earmarked Marc to win this and that's probably why she said 'no' to all of Big Brothers 'we care for you and are worried about you' questions... she did exactly what I would've done... given them nothing whatsoever to throw back in her face later to help Marc win it... for some reason everyone keeps telling her in the house that she is not as intelligent as Marc... Marc is not intelligent!... why is he?... just because he's been in the Army?... he was probably just a dumb-arse grunt but Big Brother makes him out to be an Einstein type of supermind!... Rylan keeps telling us that he is so intelligent on BOTS but that's just him propping up what Big Brother is trying to sell to the viewers and voters in their campaign to ensure that Marc wins this that's all...

...trust me... Harry is a lot more intelligent than people are giving her credit for... I just hope to Hell that she doesn't crack and keeps on doing what she is doing and breaks that gutless bastard in the end!... I'm proud of her stance... to think that she has more bravado than all of the men in that house is a sad indication of the level of housemates this year... Danny is the most gutless of then all!... she has been a strong woman up until now and I hope that she doesn't falter... go Harry you good thing you!... okay all... my rant is over...:whistling:;):) cheers.

always have time to read your 'rants' MrS!

the intelliegence thing with Marc is from his science degree me thinks - not his army background ... in his bio he says he's going to the US to work for a year after graduation later this year so he really does not care what he does in the house

bit naive - has he never heard of the internet? this will follow him around forever and evers!!!

my issue is I don't believe we see anything other than what BB wants to feed us to fuel the fires ... so when the HM's express an opinion which doesn't quite gel with what i'm seeing I get an inkling that there is more to the HM or more to the story than what I've been fed ... and BBUK is so damn manipulative that I don't trust them as far as I could throw them ...

cudos to Harry for not giving BB anything in the DR to manipulate - IF that was her strategy and it just wasn't simply a huffy sulk because things weren't going her way.

I guess I'd be one of the gutless HM's as I loathe confrontation ... but one thing I wouldn't do is turn around and claim a part in the vanquishing of Marc once he had departed if I really had not had a true hand it it

still not a fan of Harry though (and ya can't make me

...hahaha!... I'm not really a big fan of Harry... I just love her for what she is doing in the house to stop Marc's abhorrent behaviour... she's the only one that I'm respecting at the moment so that's why I'm taking a shine to her... let's face it... after the way that Big Brother has totally fucked up this series by their blatant manipulations of everything sacred that is Big Brother... it's hard to give a rat's arse about any of the housemates whatsoever anymore... for the first time in my viewing of Big Brother life since it started all those years ago I am not caring at all for any housemate anymore... there's possibly Chloe and Joel or even Jack that I half give a shit about for interests sake but I'm not all 'Big Brothered bothered' so to speak now that Harriet and Eileen have gone...

...I'm just sitting on the sideline watching the slow death of a once great show like most people are now... Harry is the one shining diamond that is showing through the quagmire of shit that we are now watching at the moment for me... this is probably why I am championing her cause at the moment too lol!... and as a 'gentleman' I would never try to make you do anything that would wouldn't want to do crimmy... and that includes trying to make you like Harry lol!... :whistling::D cheers.

Great post Sticky... sadly there won't be the outcome you're hoping for because the dumbass housemates are already under the spell of Marc as if they'd been hypnotised. I've no doubt that Harry could grind him down, destroy him but... the combined stupidity of the HMs and insults of Marc will break her back. Remember, she is all alone. Even Jade is completely under Marc's spell now and as soon as the opportunity arises she will start a competition... might as well call it a not-so-obvious without blood cat-fight. All the guys will be in Jade's camp because Harry is a "new" HM. That's how it's gonna go down I'm afraid. :arghh::arghh::arghh:

... I would never try to make you do anything that would wouldn't want to do crimmy... and that includes trying to make you like Harry lol!... :whistling::D cheers.

Pity your sitting on the fence there Sticky. I was just about to recruit you to my cause for convincing crimmy that she's on the wrong path which only leads to dark places. And if she still doesn't get it, coerce her by threatening her that her envy of Harry's tits (because that's what it boils down to in the end  ) will be made public and the birds will be singing it from the rooftops. So you won't help me then.. okay, I'll go it alone. Just don't blow my cover, don't tell her a thing. :woot:
