[MENTION=34047]redjet93[/MENTION] - that is last weeks NW Mag? That Ed story has been promoted all of last week on their site. That is still showing as their current magazine though.

I'm not sure what to say about that but the Ed story was promoted last week on the site and the Tahlia/Tully story says that Tully was spotted in the pub "last monday" (which if the story is current would be 4 November) - problem with that is she flew to the Gold Coast on the Sunday 3 November for finale rehearsals so if the story is true it would have to be the Monday before (28 October) - indicating this story was not from this week.

Tahlia really annoys me. She keeps saying she's done with Tully & BB, but keeps on making comments and attention seeking. I can't imagine speaking to the press is helping her forget about it all & move on. I wonder how her & Tully got on for so long without constantly fighting & competing for the spotlight.

I don't think they ever did - they both seem to feed off of negative energy. Poor old Drew is going to find out the hard way.

This article amuses me. That day Tully was out with Boog and Tahan getting her make-up, hair and nails done for the party that evening...pretty sure they didn't want Drew and Tim tagging along to that.

I really am amazed by this also - if you are hurt by something why keep watching it, commenting on it, firing up on social media about it?

Life was so much nicer without the keyboard warriors hiding behind pseudonyms spouting hate with impunity on social media

People no longer have to own their words so they can just spout vile stuff

What is society going to end up like if people are not accountable for what they spew on social media?

What happened to the old saying: "If you can't say something nice - say nothing"

I don't know why the heck the ex would allow herself to be plastered over the pages of a trashy mag like Woman's Day

And why do people pay good money for these trashy publications who can't even discern fact from fiction and will just go ahead and make it up anyway in a bid to sell more?

You are so right. We also see them on Media Watch (ABC), where their articles have been totally made up by Woman's Day. When they are caught they make a very small apology that nobody sees.

and apologies after the fact mean less that nothing - because its already out there in circulation ready to be picked up and quoted as fact years later because noone remembers the truth ... or because someone is too lazy to research the truth properly ... so it just gets perpetuated ...

what also annoys me are the haters on twitter, instagram & fb targeting certain housemates - if they hate them so much why are they following them and wasting their time to message them? why search out the negatives? why not go send a nice message to someone they did like and spread a bit of good around?

its the bitter twisted nastiness that gets me ... if that's how they have to get their jollies they are sad sad people ...

Again I agree with you.

I usually post when I have something nice to say, there is so much negative in the world, I don't want to contribute to more. I believe in the law of the Universe, what you put out you get back.
