They have to do a roof terrace as well as the indoor one. That it is why they have classified it as the last 'room' they have to renovate, etc. but obviously not the last thing. After the roof terrace I am thinking that they might have to do something on the ground floor maybe? I don't know, it has puzzled a few people.

Yes, 22 yrs because I am expecting the same age variety as usual.
Looking back at a few articles around the audition time, some quotes from the producers included that they were looking for Housemates the public would either love or hate. This could also fit into the category of old vs young but instead of being housemates that are old vs young it is Good Hms vs Evil Hms. Very doubtful that that will be the theme of the series but it might be included somehow into the twist.
Interesting that they went from looking for everyday Australians last year to this year focusing on which housemates are going to get a reaction from the audience and it doesn't matter if that reaction is love or hate.
This is great news for the show IMO because last year lacked any of those pot stirrers that despite being hated from the public, made great housemates because the public loved to hate them. It mean't the bitchy crew in 2012 was able to go through the series unchallenged with nobody brave enough to tell it how it is to their faces and stand up to them. I am talking about the likes of Ben2003, Paul2004, Michael2006, TJ2007. The 2013 batch of housemates needs 1 or 2 characters like those housemates who will play the role of the evil housemates and stir the pot in different ways but I think the house definitely needs a Ben2003 or Paul 2004 who will start arguments, tell it how it is and stir the pot.

Exactly... TBH those that know me will tell you that I really haven't been that douchey as of late... Now you can either learn to live with me and realize that I actually add quite a bit of knowledge and information to this forum or you can fight me and lose miserably...
