Um rude, he had a migraine! For 3 months! What do you mean? She basically hosted that whole season because Kyle was hardly there!(I wish I was being sarcastic.)

I would love to see a compile of floor plans, that all align so you can compare how the internal walls / pools / etc were moved.
Two bedrooms is a MUST IMO. Experimenting with one was a decent in terms of trying something different but the petty squabbles it causes can be tiring and even more so with a shorter series.
I just recalled while looking at those floor plans that they had one giant bed in BB08. Gross!!
Wasn't it mostly seen in use during UpLate? The one they used like 4 times in 2007?
BB3 is obviously the favourite because of that season's two-house gimmick. But layout-wise I didn't care for the separate kitchen at the other end of the pool.
I think the amount of rain they get just made real grass seem too hard. I wonder what was with the pathetic pool in S8 though. They really gave up on the backyard after 2005. It really is just a "lets not spend too much on it this year" job for the final three years.
This. Re-watching these first few seasons I was surprised grass kept making an appearance. I do like the "Japanese rock garden" of BB6 though.I think the amount of rain they get just made real grass seem too hard.
Yeah the Lawn in 2005 got pretty muddy and a mess after a while didn't it then they switched to the astroturfing in BB06.I think the amount of rain they get just made real grass seem too hard. I wonder what was with the pathetic pool in S8 though.
That's right. I think it would have made more sense for the retreat to have had the hot/cold pool arrangement and the main house the proper pool.IIRC BB08 only had the hot tub with a tiny bit of pool around it/next to it, but then they had that secret rewards area they dressed up as 'Bali' or different international destinations or something when they used to bungle them into that room in the backyard they used for Carson Kressley's drop in specials for a couple hours and pretend it was a plane trip to said place. Anyways, It had a proper pool.
Yes - I agree. To me would have been better to put the kitchen in the area that connected the two houses and then use one of the lounges as the new diary room.BB3 is obviously the favourite because of that season's two-house gimmick. But layout-wise I didn't care for the separate kitchen at the other end of the pool.
