Repeat after me: "Still not as bad as BBAU"
I note I'm setting a very low bar there.

For me this season of BB UK is better than seasons 7 + 8 of the original channel 10 version + all of the channel 9 and 7 seasons, so am finding it quite enjoyable to watch.
I so agree. This point of the series should be the breathing room period where friendships begin to shift and storyline’s start to develop further. But instead it’s all going to be rushed and lead to nothing and the two sides will not deviate from each other for the next 13 days. What really annoys me is the process ends so early we won't get to see how the potential final six of Noky, Trish, Yinrun, Henry, Jordan and Matty would nominate each other when the other side of the house isn't there for them to sacrifice.

For what it’s worth I do enjoy the season as a whole. I hope next season sees some changes. Most importantly the length. That needs to change. 6 weeks works for shows like survivor or RTVs featuring celebrities. But when they’re only really weekly evictions, 6 weeks is far too short. It makes the second half too fast paced and leaves no room for the story to settle.Agree as well. But hey it's their first season and hopefully they will take some feedback on board for next time. And Seven too but I wouldn't bet on it.
As for 7’s BBAU, I don’t even know what to say or think anymore. It would be great if their consideration of live BB eventuates, but I won’t hold my breath. Hopefully this season rates terribly shit to scare them enough to be humble and concede to doing it live.
Agree. That was an episode mostly focused around house dynamics and conversations. And the hunger games task wasn’t bloated and wasn’t lopsided either. Apart from the strength challenge it was pretty much a very fair game that anyone could win. And of course a largely inoffensive impact on nominations that I’d also think would make a good format addition.Enjoyable episode tonight - plenty for fans of old school "social experiment" BBUK and a more competitive format. Indeed this Hunger Games concept would have made a neat weekly format point for the revival with a winning team awarding immunity to one of their own and the losing team nominating one of their own.
The only good thing about Paul is he has a nice dick. That’s it

It's so frustrating this weeks noms are face to face as I don't think Matty and Noky are as locked to that core 4 group as people think - they float happily between the two sides. Also predictable now those four will just nominate Olivia and Tom, whilst assuming no funny business by producers and that last weeks top 4 structure remains Trish will be up too. I think Jordan would nominate Matty if noms were private too.
I do think Olivia and Jenkin should go Friday night. Chanelle will benefit from that side of the house being decimated so should survive the likely final week eviction of the finalists with the least votes. I don't think Tom will - and do think Yinrun could get a shock low ranking thanks to the vote towards that side of the house bring split and Trish having momentum behind her. Think Henry might beat Jordan now too. Noky and Matty will be lowly ranked.
So at the moment I think we're looking at a top three of Trish, Henry and Chanelle.
