gpt back from camping and caught up.
I despise Kerry with a passion. Carried on when someone took the egg..then proceeded to encourage her team to steal one. FK you you show off idiot.
And the way Ying Tam was treated was disgsuting. poor lass did discuss what her noms where...she just discussed the though process with no indications of who. What the frak is wrong with that?!?
Is Kieran straight? I get the sense he and teh nice blonde lady might get it on
these gronks have got to stop crying and whinging when someone breaks a rule.
Its fkn funny when someone does
Anyone remember when Kitten broke rules like 20 years ago and they had to kick her out and she was telling BB to get Fked and all that? that was funny.
these housemates should have banded together, told BB to go fk himself and rallied around ying yang. Im pretty sure theresnever been a whole house rebellion in any big brother. Though im sure Kerry would get in her Speed Racer machine and says ME ME ME ME its all about me.
dylans spitting comments were not funny either. he can hop on out of there fo being a dumb fk

Oh, Jenkin
caught up today on a few episodes
can't stand kerry - want her gone. hallie makes some entertainment i guess, but shes starting to annoy me.
i enjoy olivia's antics, and love the henry/jordan/matt triangle.
task was pretty good, but agree the egg thing kinda went to nothing so there was no point.
didn't think yinrun's convo was even border line inappropriate to be honest, and she def shouldn't have lost her votes.
overall still enjoying it and looking forward to this eviction, cause i really don't care who goes.
oh - if we really are halfway, are we gonna move to 2 evictions a week, double evictions? do we know what the schedule has in store - or are we gonna have 10 ppl in the house on finale night?

Some people are thinking it could be a surprise double eviction this week due to this from AJ's Tiktok (Hint: Look at the letters next to the nominated housemates names).
That just makes it look like though they specifically revoked Yinruns nominations so they could do a producer forced double eviction

The fanbase got itself in a bit of manufactured outrage having decided they were doing a double eviction tonight without telling us beforehand, which wouldn't be right and there is no evidence of. Indeed if that was the plan Yinrun's infringement wouldn't have changed things as they'd have needed three up.
I just hope they don't do any pre-recorded "backdoor" evicrtions as C5 did in the latter series - all evictions should be live. People are predicting something along those lines for Halloween.
TBH I think they might only do a single next week as well and then do three doubles over the last two weeks leaving six in the final. Not ideal at all, but probably we are where we are - and with such a short series have reached the half way point and it doesn't really feel like anyone has left.
Indeed BBUSA is now down to 5 with 2 weeks left whilst BBUK will have 13 with 3 weeks left. I do miss the days of the show getting down to small numbers so nominations became more and more difficult for the HMs in the last few weeks.

Even though this weeks eviction could genuinely have gone either way nice to have an eviction feel like a surprise result.
Hallie was evicted. A shame, but also I think a silver lining that she got her own eviction and her own moment - I don't think that interview would have been anywhere near as impactful if they were rushing through it on finale night.

Wahoo!
Voting numbers must've dropped massively this week. Eviction #1, they had AJ boast that there was over 500,000 votes cast and last week that there was over a million. This week, silence on the topic.
I guess they realised that most people were voting the maximum of five times, so they were indirectly announcing that they were only getting 100,000 and 200,000 people voting the first two weeks.

Well, dropped slightly perhaps. Been announced today though the rest of the evictions and final will be simulcast on ITV1 now the Rugby World Cup is (almost) over, which is only good news for the series - though perhaps confirms only Friday evictions moving forward.
I'm also glad she got her moment by being evicted - if she'd made it to the final she wouldn't have had that, even if she'd won, as they're always so rushed. It's one reason I favour Vote to Evict - it makes for better evictions than just constantly having the nobodies voted out each week who've very little interesting to say. This is the first eviction which will change the dynamics a bit in the house too - and I think we've already seen this week in particular the people who essentially had none speaking roles in week one have come to the forefront in recent days. Probably best for the likes of Paul though he goes back to being a silent extra.
Whilst there is that element I think Hallie can take solice in knowing she was evicted for being a gobby brat rather than anything else. Fans saw her as just another housemate.Ok I'm all caught up.
Can't help but think that this eviction had a lot of people voting who don't watch Big Brother.

I've not watched any of the late & live or interviews. I only watch the daily shows.
I'm disappointed with the eviction. I actually didn't see that one coming. I'd have thought another nominee would be considered more abrasive than the one who went. I'm a bit sad about that.
EDIT
1. Yinrun
2. Jordan
3. Henry
4. Olivia
5. Hallie
6. Trish
7. Matty
8. Dylan
9. Noky
10. Tom
11. Paul
11. Kerry
11. Jenkin
11. Chanelle

Just saw the the Wikipedia article has been updated to include some ratings data for the show. Quite surprised to see that after 1.73 million people watched the first eviction, only 0.79 million stuck around to watch the the eviction interview on Late & Live...
It's the same for other reality shows too, the Love Island sideshow for example which airs on Sundays always rates way lower compared to the normal episodes.
Remember those figures are averages too - Late & Live runs for 50 minutes but the likes of me usually watch the eviction interview then turn off, so I would bet with an average of 0.8m you're probably seeing around 1.6m watch the interview then 0.4m watch the final half hour, averaging the show out at 0.8m.
I do think though the eviction interview on Friday should be part of a 90 minute main show - or go the other way and keep the 9pm show for highlights then make the 10pm hour a dedicated hour-long eviction show.

Yeah, but you'd think people would be sticking around to watch the eviction interview, given that its something that had previously always been part of the main show but now ITV carved it out to give Late & Live some relevance. It's the same for other reality shows too, the Love Island sideshow for example which airs on Sundays always rates way lower compared to the normal episodes.
