Paramount plus has been the best discovery I’ve had in years. Being able to watch all 40 seasons of survivor and 23 seasons of BBUS in HD has been amazing.

I don’t know how you are watching them so fast! I am still in the first week of Season 1! It’s funny to see now how much hype there was around it. And to watch Gretel’s style. She was a very good choice for host.
And they are all quite cute housemates (st least still at this point. I don’t really remember if I ended up disliking any of them. Will be intrigued to find out as I rewatch). Andy is a bit odd. Well… I find her a bit odd. Interesting - but odd. And then I checked out her website. Still odd!
One question: where are you finding all the episodes? I have found several on You Tube but it seems like quite a few are missing. Or at least … they don’t come up when I google.
Do I have to subscribe or something?

Would be great to see something similar with Big Brother - in many ways seeing an original group from one series come together would be more interesting than All Stars, especially as they'd have had very different paths since - and no doubt some grudges would still be held. Doesn't need to be in a competitive environment - just stick them together for a week or so with a few tasks designed to bring back memories.

Search Youtube for Big Brother Australia 2001. There are two playlists that come up, one has 110 episodes (including Uncut) so it just plays them in order. Being outside of Aus, I don't use my VPN, and (I think, consequently) I don't get any Youtube ads.

During the double eviction episode Gretel says "for the first time in the world two housemates will be evicted". I don't really trust anything that is ever said to be a world first so I did some extensive research to fact check this. I found two instances of two people being evicted on the same day before the Australian version. Big Brother Poland S1 featured an intruder and normal public vote eviction on the same day albeit considered separate evictions. However in Norwegian Big Brother S2 the two intruders who entered in the first week were automatically nominated for eviction alongside 2 original housemates and all four faced a double eviction together.
So really Poland was the first to evict two people in the same night whilst Norway was the first to evict two people in one eviction process. I guess Australia was the first to evict two original housemates with no addition of automatically nominated intruders, but I still consider this an incorrect statement.
Edit: After more research BB1 Sweden also featured two intruders plus a previously evicted housemate entering where only one would stay and two were evicted on the same day however though a house vote. So technically Australia was the fourth country to do some form of double evicting. I am nit picking but I would consider Norway to have done it first as all 4 nominees were included in the same vote count. But based on normal processes Australia was I guess the first.

Half their "world firsts" never were. Still see Aussie shows use the phrase so much to promote twists - something which shows in other countries just don't do. Usually they're a "world first" because there is good reason other countries haven't done it.
The technicality here may be it was the first with all housemates up for eviction, and sounds like it was the first not linked to intruders.

At least it was true iirc for a Group winning X Factor (remember Random? their winners song was 'Put Your Hands Up').
Although Channel 7 conveniently forgot Ten's 2005 season whenever they had Little Mix on as a performing guest and would continually bring up that they were the first group winners in the world in 2011 in their little interview.
Or our Ch 7 Judges would go on about 'ohhh a group has never won here before, wouldn't that be fab'. I cringed errytime. lol.

Really forcing myself to watch the last 2 weeks of BB2. I just wanna get to BB3 but as a completionist I have to watch in full otherwise I won't sleep at night.
Feeling the same about S1. I can put a few eps on every 2-3 days.
