You're probably not wrong. In retrospect I don't really understand why they didn't just use an existing/purpose built structure from the get-go. This would just eliminate any plans for add-ons or expansions -- a house next door, an in-ground pool, games arena, animal pens, etc. These add-ons are probably a thing of the past anyway.
I have a feeling we will be seeing a raised pool this season, or a "hot tub" ala 7 style if the backyard isn't built as a permanent structure.
Hard to say TBH. Even if this house is less permanent/custom built it’s still going to be used as an attraction in the off-season so it’s not like everything is getting packed away reassembled for each series like the BBUK house is.
I assume they’ll keep the house assembled until at least February when the summer school holidays end and dreamworld’s visitation starts to decrease but I think they’ve been very intentional airing it in Q4 as it’s peak season.
It's only airing in Q4 because of the channel 7 holdback.
They confirmed at upfronts last year on September 16 that it would air in Q4, the holdback was issued (or at least was made public) 2 days later

They’re mentioning the show is back at Dreamworld in the ads. Which is just building on nostalgia and setting the tone for the series. There’s absolutely no hidden meaning like that poster has convinced themselves there could be.
I’m not sure which direction I’m looking at or from?
it would be a tiny live show/eviction set if it was shared space with the house. I guess I need to keep reminding myself it’s only 30 days long.
