There clearly is though and like I said the house will be in the middle of the theme park.

I'd expect them to turn off the music that they play in that area... because I still think that it's actually the most quiet and best suited spot inside the park itself. I remember when they closed down Wipeout and had to sell Kickback Cove as an amazing new addition for relaxing and Instagram, when it was really just seats and tables. And that's why I think the music is so loud. There is nothing exciting happening over there.

At the end of the day, they will hear visitors in the park.. but I don't think it will be as bad as the video might suggest.

Also, I'd be surprised if they put the garden behind the gates that we've seen in this video and the ogre video before. The garden would somewhat cut off access to the Gold Coaster, when they open it again after Big Brother. And Tail Spin would be right next to the garden as well. Although then people wouldn't have to hire planes to fly over the garden anymore, they could just go on Tail Spin.

I posted a diagram maybe 1 or 2 pages back of how they can fit a backyard and small stage/audience set up behind the exhibition centre.

I think it’s fenced off so they can bring construction materials in more discreetly and so the house isn’t spoiled before the launch. I think it’ll stay fenced off for filming as well.

Yeah, that theory I'd buy anytime.. having the garden on the side of the parking lot makes much more sense for them.
 
Well they've closed the nearest roller coaster but seem dumb to place in the house where you have to cease part of your main day to day business activity to accomodate it.

The backyard feels like such an important part of BBAU too so putting it in a location which possibly limits it's usage doesn't seem wise.

Looks like a concrete pool to me, almost exactly the same as one I just had installed.

Also, it's already plumbed in which would suggest this is it's final placement.
