BBAU 2025: Casting open, return to Dreamworld Confirmed

I've never understood the point of geoblocking, there's obviously a reason behind it, but wouldn't a TV network WANT the exposure and to open their content to a much larger audience?
They only buy the rights to air shows within Australia (or whatever country they're in).

I have Kodi on my Android box and one of my apps give me access to Samsung TV + and Pluto TV with hundreds of FAST channels. On one of them (can't remember which) it has channels for BBUS: a split screen four-camera feed and four individual feeds. I wonder if we'll get this from Channel 10. I hope they don't paywall it because free FAST streams that are easily accessible like this would be great. I'd leave it running on my TV all day.

Pluto TV US has them. The German one has a Big Brother Classics channel, currently showing the second season.

You can watch the Samsung TV+ and Pluto FAST channels outside of their home countries because both platforms don’t geo-restrict the channel feeds themselves, the restrictions happen within the apps (or on TV) themselves. That’s why your Kodi add-on can just take the link and provide the channel for you.

Not 100% sure but I think the FAST channels on 10 are geo-blocked even on the stream level… which wouldn’t help you with watching it via Kodi.

Does anyone know how public voting will work? Vote to evict, vote to keep, or both?

Vote to evict - least hated HM wins
Vote to keep - most loved HM wins

Trust me, there is a difference.

I didn't even think there'd be a question about this these days.

BB got rid of vote to evict. It's not such a nice thing to be doing these days i thought. 'Hmmm.. who can we target to kick out?' Is there anywhere in the world that still uses the system? I thought everything is just about voting for your fave. Plus Gretel used to go on her spiels about dont vote out the big characters. Well there you go, get rid of vote to evict and you pretty much solve that.

When they say it's a return to og big brother I feel theyre referring to things like the format (no more survivor in a house , eg channel 7) and location and not voting systems. Plus I think Australian shows have even moved on from the 1902 and sms voting, so no more big bills. It's all free calls (but limited) and online voting these days, I think?
