Why is Australia mad at Taras for being good at the game

I am not mad at taras for being able to win the challenges, I find it disappointing that the game and the fate of so many players can be so determined by one player being so good at the challenges. I find it a flaw in this current game. It's not big brother it's big taras at this stage.
