Yeah what a joke if its not part of a task why is there any outside influence? and did they only ask the popular HMs or did they ask them all and just put the best answers in?

I reckon Big brother probably asked the questions.
Yeah I think it'd be the same as when they did their diaries last year. They give their answers to BB and they pass them on to the Telegraph. I don't think some journo appeared in the BB house to sit there and have a chat with each HM individually.

Oh oh @Mrs Butterface - now that you know Sandra has a nipple piercing are you going to be constantly looking at her shirt to see if you can see it poking through?
haha no way man. That Fappening celeb nudes hacker leak thing has put me off quite a bit now. I've never seen so many nails shoved through nipples as I have in the past couple of weeks. I just grabbed my boobs through my outrageously padded bra just to reassure myself that no 2cm bolts are in there. All that does is confirm to me that Sandra isn't CS.

'You're always going to be someone else's!' A lovesick Sandra expresses her feelings for a taken Sam in the latest Big Brother love triangle
By Amy Croffey for Daily Mail Australia

Sandra has fallen head-over-heels for Sam in the Big Brother house.
The 30-year-old budding erotic fictionist and underwear oracle couldn't hide her feelings for the 26-year-old professional athlete on Sunday night's show and told Big Brother in no uncertain terms: 'I have a massive crush on Sam.'
The problem is the new Head of House is in a happy relationship on the outside.

Feelings! The 30-year-old couldn't hide her feelings for the 26-year-old on Sunday night's show and told Big Brother in no uncertain terms: 'I have a massive crush on Sam'
'You're always going to be someone else's,' she tells him acknowledging his girlfriend in the real world but it doesn't stop her from following the handsome Melbourne-based sportsman around like a love sick puppy.

In a confession to Lawson during the yacht party she says, ‘Honestly I don’t think [Sam] is attracted to me,’ but Lawson says, ‘Wrong.’
‘Everyone knows how I feel about Sam,’ she tells him about the blossoming friendship and the worst kept secret in the world.

Katie and Ryan couldn't help but gossip about the pair either.
‘As soon as he walks into the room she lights up,’ Ryan said.
‘She’s in love with him, hey?’ Katie agreed.
‘Sam’s got a girlfriend and he’s happy with his girlfriend. Like he’s really into her,’ Ryan added.
‘But you can’t deny that there is something there,’ Katie answered, standing up for the curly-haired blonde.

It's so obvious! Katie and Ryan couldn't help but gossip about the pair either. ‘As soon as he walks into the room she lights up,’ Ryan said
When Sam had to pick who to take to the Sanctuary for the night he decided on Ryan because he wanted to get to know him better and he also wanted some bloke time but Sandra made her disappointment very obvious.
She rushed to the bathroom where Sam sought her out: ‘I just feel like if I was a guy then we could just be friends,’ Sandra said.
When Sam tried to explain that it’ll ‘get easier’ because they will be friends on the outside and they'll be able to visit each other at the weekend, Sandra responds: ‘You’re always going to be someone else’s.’

Love struck! ‘She’s in love with him, hey?’ Katie agreed
Cue Lawson bursting through the door and ruining the moment but rescuing Sam from having to respond.
It wasn't a good night for Sandra. Ensembles were provided for the evening’s festivities but she hated hers and burst into tears as the other girls excitedly got ready.
Priya tells Big Brother that Sandra 'is emotionally very insecure', and that she has had 'body issues in the past' that are resurfacing in the house.

Confidant! Sandra confides in Lawson about her feelings
‘She has found a crutch in Sam so she’s holding on to him like an anchor,’ Priya adds in the privacy of the Diary Room.
‘I think another reason why she’s at the edge and really emotional these days is Sam.’
While the girls are getting ready the boys confess who they are most attracted to in the house, when they ask Jason, he goes bright red with embarrassment and says Ryan.

'Don't worry Jase, I don't feel awkward,' Ryan laughs.

'You don't know if they are playing for the audience or is it really them,' Travis explains as he says the housemates only know each other for 20 days so they couldn't possibly know if anyone is playing a game or not.

Around midnight, and after a few drinks, Lisa tries to clear up her problems with Skye.
She tells the ditzy blonde from the Gold Coast that they need to be friends or not.
‘I want you to be in my life but I'm not going to baby you,’ Lisa says.
So, either you come with me or you don’t,’ it’s unclear what Skye’s reaction is as she looks shocked at Lisa’s confrontation.

Big Brother Australia – Sandra Crush On Sam Is Turning Into Drama
by Reality Raver
Head of house changed from Lawson to Sam, and it interesting that it will be three weeks with a male head of house. Give Skye a chance.
Katie told Ryan that Sandra told her she liked Sam and Sam/Sandra friendship was the plot line for a lot of the episode.
The boys were trying to get Jason to tell them who he thought was most attractive in the house. As he said Katie and Lisa, but they then told he he had to pick a guy and picked Ryan.
It was party night with a boating theme and Sandra had a meltdown when she saw what dress Big Brother had sent in. It was a blue and white striped short dress and she cried and ended up wearing another dress. It must be hard when you are not a size 10 having to wear what is sent in.
Poor Sandra seems to be the bridesmaid and never the bride. Sam is likes her but has a girlfriend and Dion told her if he was single he would marry her. She asked Lawson if there was any chance of her and Sam she had a massive crush on him. She told Lawson it was ok if he told him but not to say it came from her.
I actually had to agree with Travis when he said happiness is not love. Though he would be irritating to live with.

Hard goodye: Dion was evicted from the Big Brother house on Monday night's episode

Following Dion's eviction, Sonia showed the Brisbane native his housemates' reasons for nominating him for eviction.

Unfortunately for the fitness freak, his healthy lifestyle would be his undoing.
'I don't care that he's a big growing man, I don't give a s***,' Aisha said of Dion's calorie-heavy diet, while David reasoned 'he's the biggest eater in the house so if we can remove him from the house we should be able to get by.'
'How DARE you eat in the house!' Sonia, who wore a white dress that displayed her growing baby bump, joked.

Too keen? Following Dion's eviction, Sonia Kruger showed the Brisbane native his housemates' reasons for nominating him for eviction - all of which centred around his fitness fanaticism

Making everyone cross: The housemates quickly grew tired of the Brisbane native's constant raving about CrossFit

Big eater: Dion's high calorie diet also caught him flak
But it wasn't just his diet, as the housemates like Aisha, Dave and Sam quickly tired of his obsession with crossfit.
'They say the first rule of crossfit is you never stop talking about crossfit, and Dion lives by that rule' Dave said.
Of the five up for eviction, Dion received only 16% of the fan's vote, with Cat being the first to be saved with a 30% vote.

He didn't do it alone though - the Melbournian had the assistance of the housemates, who carried the pair on their deckchair to the tree house, which Travis had decorated romantically.
Ever the Casanova, he told Aisha that she was 'a ripper chick' - which was enough to woo her, as they shared a smooch to cap the night off.

'I'll be training multiple times a day': Evicted Big Brother fitness fanatic Dion reveals his plan to get even more buff for summer ... but insists he's not a sex symbol

  • He got some of the housemates a little cross when all he would talk about was ... Crossfit.

But Big Brother's latest evictee Dion Kallis has certainly won a bevy of female fans after stripping down on the show during his daily workouts.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday, the 24-year-old salesman from Brisbane revealed he is amused and flattered by his new television sex symbol status, explaining how fans can work towards getting themselves an incredible beach babe body like his.

Sex symbol: Big Brother's latest evictee Dion Kallis has certainly won a bevy of female fans after stripping down on the show during his daily workouts and says he is flatted by the attention

'That's a pretty funny term,' Dion admitted when informed of his sex symbol status upon exiting the house.

''It’s going to be weird hearing those reactions. It’s really nice.'

While the dark-haired stud was often hitting the gym in the Big Brother house, he admitted his real-life workout schedule up until entering the house three weeks ago was well spread out across the week and achievable for fans to follow.

'Through Winter before coming in here it was only an hour and a half a day over probably six days a week,' he revealed, explaining gym time was usually every night from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, which is 'what most people would do just to fit in with work.'

'I’d just take the dog for a walk in the morning but it’d just be a pretty hard session every night and then maybe Saturday morning.'

Keeping things exciting is one of the hunk's main priorities when it comes to working out, as he revealed he tries to do 'a couple of active things on the weekend but it's not too intense.'

And with a sizzling six pack that Australia has now seen for themselves, Dion revealed he'll be taking his workout to the next level in coming months to maintain his picture perfect look.

'In past years I’ve been doing triathlon training multiple times a day and then coming into Summer I’ll be training multiple times a day,' he explained.

Social media was certainly abuzz during the silent disco housemate challenge last week.

    1412028500297_wps_6_Big_Brother_Australia_Thu.jpg

All on show: Dion was comfortable getting his gear off in the silent disco challenge, stripping down to nothing but a pair of budgie smugglers

And while all housemates were required to get their dancing shoes on, Dion took his groove to the next level by stripping down to nothing but a pair of budgie smugglers and including some fun hip swings and pelvic thrusts into his performance.

'I wanted to go in and have a bit of fun with that challenge and just dance like no one’s watching basically and you forget that anyone is watching,' Dion revealed, admitting getting his gear off is certainly in his comfort zone.

On Monday night the heart throb was eliminated in a snap eviction, his healthy lifestyle one of the main reasons he was actually nominated by housemates.

'They say the first rule of crossfit is you never stop talking about crossfit, and Dion lives by that rule' Dave added.

While the dark-haired stud has gained an abundant female following since appearing on the show, his number one lady is his real-life girlfriend.

'It's going to be weird': Dion says it will be interesting hearing people's thoughts now he's out of the house

'I think I’ve been true to myself so I think she and my parents would be happy with how I’ve gone in there,' he said.

Having been paired with real estate agent Jason certainly brought out his own character according to Dion, and if he had a few more weeks in the house, only more of his true colours would have been on show.

Excited about observing the housemates from the outside, Dion revealed 'about half of the housemates have a strategy,' with 'Lawson being the new Tim Dormer' and likely to take out the big winner's prize.

BIG BROTHER housemate Dion Kallis sparked controversy when he declared that women who don’t respect themselves shouldn’t expect to be treated well by men.
The remark was part of his video introduction played to viewers on the launch night of the Channel Nine reality show, and had some on social media labelling him a misogynist.
Speaking today after his exit from the competition during last night’s snap eviction, the 24-year-old sales rep defended his “traditional” views on women but refused to apologise for them.

“If you’re a good person, you’ll be respected by guys. If you’re drinking too much or doing certain things, it’s going to be harder for a guy to respect you. It’s pretty straight forward.
“A girl who isn’t upstanding in the community, it’s harder for people to respect them. The same goes for a guy.

“It makes sense to me. I didn’t think it would get misconstrued by people watching.”
While he was coy about what “certain things” might constitute a woman disrespecting herself, Kallis said someone’s “conduct” and “being a good person” meant they were worthy of respect.

The chiselled Brisbane native was described by Big Brother as a “straight-edge” fitness fanatic who didn’t drink, smoke or party hard.
Although he admits to having “one or two” beers during celebrations inside the house.

While his outlook on life meant some of his fellow housemates were hard to cop at times, he insisted he got along with everyone.
“I respected the girls and got along with them quite well. What I was exposed to, I respected. There weren’t any issues there at all.”

Although he struggled to accept “catty” behaviour that has dominated the show’s nightly episodes so far, he said.
“Girls being bitchy and talking about each other behind their backs, I don’t have a high respect level for that. It makes me look at people very differently. I’m not about that at all.
“I can’t stand negativity and people dwelling on bad things. I always tried to focus on the positives of situations. It’s a game show — all of the negativity was a bit annoying.”

The behaviour of Katie and Lisa, particularly towards Skye, was “painful” to watch and bordered on bullying at times, he said.
“It was hard to watch. I walked away because it was painful. They really put it on Skye. They deal with things in the wrong way.”
While he was nominated by his housemates for eating too much food and talking a lot about his CrossFit exercise regime, Kallis insisted he wasn’t any worse than the other guys.

And despite being only the second to be evicted, he doesn’t regret his approach to Big Brother life.
“It was a roller-coaster of all different feelings. It was up and down. There’s lots of down time waiting for things to happen, then something happens and it’s hectic and exciting.
“Overall I enjoyed it and liked everyone’s company and loved the challenge.”

Big Brother airs tonight at 8.40pm on Channel Nine.

Tully Smyth on this season’s Big Brother housemates: ‘Get out of my house!’

Tully evicted

SHE was one of last season’s most polarising housemates, and now Tully Smyth has weighed in on this year’s crop of Big Brother contestants.

The TV personality and Young Blood Runs blogger has been keeping a very close eye on Nine’s new season and, on the eve of the third live eviction, she has shared her thoughts exclusively with news.com.au.

In Tully’s words ...

GET OUT OF MY HOUSE

I should have known it would be impossible to avoid watching Big Brother this year. As soon as the promos started up, the anxiety kicked in. Simply hearing the voice of Big Brother gave me a nauseas feeling in my stomach so why would I put myself through that every night of the week?

As launch night drew near I began to get more and more nervous. I even had some horrible nightmare where I was running around the eviction auditorium but no one — not the fans or the Big Brother crew — could see or hear me. I was invisible! Irrelevant! My time was up and I was going to fade back into obscurity.

Eventually, Tim convinced me to come around to his place for pizza and wine with Jade and we all watched it together. We cried. We laughed. We got bitter and bitchy.

“GET OUT OF OUR HOUSE!”

“You can’t talk to Big Brother like that!”

“Why the hell didn’t we get a sauna?”

However as the credits started rolling, I breathed out a sigh of relief that I had been holding in, if I’m being honest.

It was going to be fine. This was fine. It wasn’t our house, our housemates. That wasn’t my bedroom. And although he was still our Big Brother (and probably always will be — love you Leon) this was a different show and it didn’t change our experience or what it meant to us.

THE HOUSEMATES

My initial thoughts on the new lot of housemates was that they seemed a little ‘Channel 10 Big Brother’. By that — I mean they were almost caricatures of many of those typical Australian stereotypes.

The funny but self-deprecating gay guy.

The blonde bimbo.

The gym junkie.

Call me biased but our lot of housemates felt more genuine, almost naive. We were real people with boring jobs and an eagerness to get stuck in. These guys seemed too clued up. Too ready to play the game. Too ready to jump each other at the jugular.

That being said, on the eve of the second eviction there are some that are starting to grow on me more than others. Sandra seems really genuine and down to earth.

Sunday night’s episode saw her upset because she didn’t feel special or pretty on party night in the house. I could not tell you how many similar nights we had last year.

Dress-ups: The Big Brother housemates party up a storm. Source: Channel 9

During lockdown, all our measurements are taken and on various nights in the house, the production team will provide outfits or costumes. The amount of times I’d get to the clothing rack only to discover Jade and Tahan had the ‘sexy’ dresses and I was to wear something that resembled a long sack ... or poor Mikkayala trying to fit into certain outfits that were too small.

The Big Brother house amplifies every single little thing you know or think about yourself.

Forget the actual mirrors, you have so much down time to think, reflect and fester on your own thoughts, you drive yourself crazy.

We called it ‘free therapy’ but it can also be quite confronting. It’s also been interesting, as an ex-housemate, to see which housemates are getting most of the airtime.

Skye seems to be an early favourite to take it home (according to both the public and, seemingly, the producers) while Ryan who I thought would be a crowd pleaser is struggling to get a word in.

David, who was painted as the bumbling buffoon with zero lady skills in the early days is now getting a makeover in more ways than one and Jake seems to have fallen by the wayside again despite appearing to be quite popular with the other housemates.

Someone I do think is very interesting and who we haven’t seen enough of yet is Priya. Up there with one of the most intelligent in the house, not only is she thinking strategically, she also has some very interesting and thoughtful insights about the other housemates and relationships in the house.

DRULLY GATE TAKE 2

Sunday night’s episode was basically ‘The Sandra Show’ and it was starting to feel all too familiar to me.

Boy meets girl.

Girl likes boy.

Except boy has girlfriend.

There is a lot I could say on this budding relationship but I might wait until we see how it plays out a little more first. What I will say however is that human, emotional, physical connections in that house are rare and imperative.

Without your creature comforts, without your friends or your family, without music or books or social media ... you go a little crazy. You crave affection. Why else do you think the housemates are always tangled up in cuddle huddles? Stroking each other’s hair? Giving each other massages? Making out in the spa?

I can empathise with Sandra’s situation whole heatedly however if there were one piece of advice I could give to both of them it would be “If it’s real, it can wait till the outside.”

With that being said, the lines between what is ‘real’ and what is ‘reality TV’ in there are so warped and contorted that they won’t know until it’s too late.

TWISTS, TURNS AND THUNDERSTORMS

I’m not going to lie; it’s hard to deny the amount of ‘surprises’ that have been dealt out so early in the game. A double eviction and intruder already? Whaaaaaa?

I’m not sure if it’s the later timeslot, the combination of housemates or the new ‘game show’ feel but something just isn’t resonating with audiences like it has in the past.

The pairs stunt was very interesting and definitely had us 2014 housemates talking (“Oh my god imagine if we’d been paired up- nightmare!”) however as with the ‘Half Way House’ wall, it didn’t last very long and therefore had only a slight impact on the game overall.

The introduction of cold hard cash was also very, very interesting. Had I had to make Katie and Priya’s decision on that first night I probably would have vomited with anxiety.

At the end of the day, most people are in that house to win money. By introducing cash so early on in the game — making it tangible and accessible to more than just the last standing housemate — it changed Big Brother as we know it.

Gemma’s eviction was awful and hard to watch, plain and simple. The general feeling about Gemma from the other housemates had been made (painfully) obvious, so the producers would have had a very strong idea how the eviction would have played out had Jake and Gemma been the pair with the least number of votes to save.

That being said — were they supposed to change the voting format last minute when the numbers came through? Trust me, the timings for an eviction episode are so tight, it would have been impossible.

And did it get them the ratings spike needed? Yes.

As cringe-worthy as it was to watch- it made for good TV and that’s the aim of the game here, people.

TIM’S BACK

I almost wish someone had been secretly filming me when the text message came through from Tim letting me know he was hopping on a plane in an hour and heading back into the Big Brother house.

Was he stirring me? Was this one of his pranks, where he films my reaction for his YouTube channel? Am I about to get a call from Kyle and Jackie O at KIIS? When it became clear that he was, in fact, telling the truth and would be back in the house in a matter of hours, a whole range of emotions flooded over me.

Betrayal. How could you go back into a new house? With new housemates?

Abandonment. Tim and I have become very close lately and we were supposed to be getting through this new series together.

Jealousy. Despite my tumultuous journey with Big Brother, I’d give almost anything to go back in.

I was also a bit sad. Sad for the Big Brother crew that things we’re obviously at such a lull that they needed to wheel out Tim again to spice things up. The producers and crew at Big Brother, the housemates past and present, Channel 9 as a network ... they will always be family to me and I only want success for the show.

Reality television as a genre is up there with the most popular on television in 2014.

Big Brother is one of the originals and, in my opinion, one of the best. There is simply nothing else like it on TV and the fan base for it as a program is ginormous and strong. I have every faith that once it replaces The Block and settles back into a more ‘family friendly’ timeslot those things will improve.

And I’ll be watching, every night, like the fan girl I always was.

My initial thoughts on the new lot of housemates was that they seemed a little ‘Channel 10 Big Brother’. By that — I mean they were almost caricatures of many of those typical Australian stereotypes.

The behaviour of Katie and Lisa, particularly towards Skye, was “painful” to watch and bordered on bullying at times, he said.

“It was hard to watch. I walked away because it was painful. They really put it on Skye. They deal with things in the wrong way.”
Well maybe if you had stepped in and stuck up for her you may still be in there.

'I'm quite a fiery person!' Big Brother's Queen Bee Katie evicted for being too confrontational while Skye and Jake share a sneaky kiss underneath the covers

The housemates were sick of her fiery, 'Queen Bee' attitude and it seems the public were too.

Despite being up against Priya and Travis, it was Katie who was evicted from the Big Brother house on Tuesday night with 26 per cent of the public vote who called to save her.

Sitting alongside Sonia Kruger on the couch as she watched back the nominations, she said she wasn't at all shocked by their comments about how confrontational she was.

Goodbyes! Despite being up against Priya and Travis, it was Katie who was least liked by the public

'I'm not totally shocked. I know that I am quite a firey individual. I was true to myself,' she told the pregnant Big Brother presenter.

But it's not all bad news for the nanny. When she first entered the locked-up pad she was made head of house along with Priya and they were offered $20,000 out of the winner's cheque.

'The money is my suitcase,' she laughed, clearly not leaving anything to chance.

More than friends? One of the biggest shocks of the night was when Jake and Skye went to bed together and shared a sneaky kiss underneath the covers

Speaking frankly about the romantic bonds of the others in the house, she reckons that Tavis and Aisha 'are just happy to have a fun time together'.

'Tavis is in love. Aisha is just having a good time,' she said.

While she thinks that Sandra has already gone off Sam: 'They are great friends. An amazing bond but I think that's the extent of it. I think she has since changed her mind [on her crush]'.

She said Travis was the most difficult person to live with as he 'takes up your energy' and thinks Sam or Sandra will win.

Good on you! But with the score quite literally under her nose - inside the lunch - the sports-mad Sandra resisted the temptation to take a peek and won the first round by eating it instead

During the episode, the housemates were tested on their willpower during a 'Yes/No' game - but some challenges were harder than others.

Up first was Sandra, who had the choice of looking at the AFL Grand Final score, which no one in the house knew and many were desperate to find out.

But with the score quite literally under her nose, sports-mad Sandra resisted the temptation to take a peek and won the first round.

'It's a bit hard to swallow,' she laughed.

Priya was the next victim and was shocked when her husband, Bhushan, was revealed on the screen.

Seeing him for the first time in almost a month, Priya burst into tears.

Hard to take! Seeing him for the first time in almost a month, Priya burst into tears

'He's such a sexy boy,' Skye excitedly squealed.

But she resisted for the sake of her roomies and said 'yes' to Big Brother 'to escort Bhushan from the premises immediately' rather than give him a big hug.

'Two more months to go,' she shouted at him, clearly confident in her position in the locked up pad.

Katie couldn't stop herself from crying when her father Andrew called the red telephone later that night.

He had some important information for her but she said 'yes' to hanging up on him, winning another round for the team.

One of the biggest shocks of the night was when Jake and Skye went to bed together.

At first it just started out as innocent cuddling but it shortly turned into a sneaky smooch but it was interrupted by the final mission when all housemates had to jump straight into the garden pool exactly how they are - wearing their pyjamas.
