Yeah I know theyre different people but a lot of the reason I feel Tahan made it as far she did was people could easily just vote to save her for being 'hot'.Michael is going. Holly will have a fanbase
She might be an influencer, but how many of her audience is Australian is undefined - and amongst that group, how many even watch/vote is another.Michael is going. Holly will have a fanbase
I’d hazard a guess that because there is no money involved, they could get away with it - voting being part of the format but ultimately the producers having control of the story arcAlso, I'd love some validity on the voting system. I'm all for it being free, but it's a major flaw that we can't vote more than once.
More importantly, since the voting doesn't involve any cost, who's to say they don't just rig it if the free votes aren't going in their favour? Genuine question - is that something they can get away with when there's no money involved? I'd love to know.
I actually don't mind that. It means people have to think carefully about how they cast their vote knowing that they only get one chance to influence the outcome of an eviction. Also, I'd love some validity on the voting system. I'm all for it being free, but it's a major flaw that we can't vote more than once.
They don't care.Hopefully 10 and Endemol Shine are onto that and other abuses of the voting process.
I wonder if Ten will use the Big Brother evictee of each week as a special guest on one of their other shows to drive eyeballs over there?Speaking of eviction predictions, I have a bad feeling we won't get much of an eviction interview. Not this week anyway.
We only get about 50-minutes on Sunday (excluding ads) for Mel content, Daily Show recaps from two days (Friday and Saturday) and eviction announcement. I think it'll be the same as how BBUK structures their eviction episodes. The difference is they have an after-show where they host the interview and video packages. We don't have that luxury.
So, I have a gut feeling we'll get very little from the evictee... which will be disappointing, and not very OG.
They don't really have anything suitable. The Project was the most appropriate.I wonder if Ten will use the Big Brother evictee of each week as a special guest on one of their other shows to drive eyeballs over there?
The Project definitely. They don't have anything suitable. The Project was the most appropriate.
The Cheap Seats ends for the year next week and Sam Pang Tonight is a bit too Late Show-ey, which usually hosts only a couple bigger name guests each ep.The Project definitely.
Only other options it seems is Sam Pang Tonight and The Cheap Seats. Can't imagine Sam Pang having much time for it but maybe Cheap Seats could do something especially with the link to Mel.
I can't see the evictee being interviewed anywhere other than radio.
