New promo!!(??)! It was a close-up, cropped static stream of the kitchen from the BB house. It was completely silent. The shot stayed on-screen for at least 15-20 seconds, just showing the ground, then slowly faded out. Not sure if it was a mistake or part of a new campaign.

The Traitors was filmed weeks ago.
Gretel making it very clear there she's moved on from BB whilst Mike has been sat by his phone for years waiting for the call.
Odd to have an embargo on an Upfronts presentation though - usually they can be reported from live.
Most likely why they've chosen to release the house, as media who were present will go live with their photos and videos in an hour anyway.

I was hoping for a live cross to the BB House/Dreamworld for the Upfronts during the 5PM news.
Oddly, I think it might've been a potential live cross gone wrong.
When they came back from the ad break, Ten News anchor apologised for some technical difficulty. But that's the only thing that seemed out of the ordinary to me, even though it was literally in the middle of the break.
Very weird.

It would be kinda hilarious if they hosted upfronts at the Big Brother House just to announce the series isn't returning next year..
Other than appearing in the tile image, it seems they actually haven't specifically stated it returning yet.
I haven't come across it in any press release - it's all been about the imminent return for 2025. Probably wise just in case this season bombs, but I'm sure it'll absolutely be back for at least another season in 2026. They're likely waiting til the finale to publicly confirm it.

Comes across to me that I'm a Celeb is up first as per usual following with Survivor and then it seems the Traitors will bridge between Survivor and Masterchef. Nothing there to unpack regarding BB26's length but hopefully theres room for at least 8-9 weeks for it.
