I’m more concerned that they possibly haven’t even taken the consequences of an outdoor set into consideration when planning the series out. There’s something off about this house and set build and I speculate it stems from an original plan for a house possibly falling through and then scrambling to pivot towards a house built in the exhibition centre and whatever space they could use for a stage instead.

Yeah they used the George Lucas Soundstage or whatever it’s called building across from the house (For BB Little Brother as well) at Elstree Studios which also where the control room was behind it iirc.

The outdoor stage was only used sparingly outside of the Finale, whereas in C5 era where I’m up to they use the mini backwards facing capsule set with a small audience (it looks like it’s only about 3-5 rows back) through the camera shutter eye with the crowd along the walkway to the house door on the other side. BOTS is in the soundstage.

It's sad that she looks back on that part of her life in less then positive way but I hope she knows what she did for reality TV in Australia, TV Hosts in general, the show BB and the fans.
the impact she had was massive and not many people have that impact on things, she was a small piece of a very big show but she made it was it is and a lot of people love her for that.

I would love for her to be at the launch on Saturday but can understand why she might not want to be, I hope we get a video from her at the very minimum and the show pays respect to her in some way.
 
I have just finished my trot through the Perth CBD to get to work and there were ads EVERYWHERE.

The central train station has the logo plastered all over the big screens, Telstra payphones in Murray Street Mall all displayed BB 10, I saw 5 buses drive through William Street decked out with a BB 10 decal, I think I spotted maybe 15 ads in the span of about 5-10 mins..

Correct, the production company also produced the 9 and 7 version so alot of the same crew from the I'll fated 7 version are joining this new version

Is anyone else finding this to be the closure they never got from BB07-BB08? 👀 So good to see Gretel so happy and settled again, even though it must be super weird to be back at Dreamworld and surrounded by Big Brother stuff.

She seems in good spirits and must’ve known what she was getting into by going to the upfronts. Hard to miss her comment to Mike about him dreaming of it for 25 years and that she let it go.

For some reason I feel like it suits her for these days, like she’s mellowed over the years. I could see her having a strong black coffee back in BB days haha

Gosh all this content in the countdown to the show is starting to feel like Christmas for BB fans 🥲
