Masterchef 2021

Mel's dresses have been a bit 'matronly ' this year, dont you think?
I'm sure she was dressed a little more modern before. Maybe she's been told to look a little more plain?

I can't believe the judges managed to get Tommys dish into their mouths .
It looked good.
These judges are so much more fun and entertaining.

Hahaha, shoving Justin's tacos in 😅
These judges love their food. No airs and graces there!

I would've loved to try all of them. Depinder's and Justin's looked yummy and to a lesser degree so did Tommy's and Pete's. I love a good gnocchi.

Sometimes I think Mel looks ok and sometimes I don't. Her style is definitely not my style though.

Looking at the betting odds for the winner of the current season it seems its pretty clear who wins…

I must say that by the sound of the final cooks last night I would have preferred the coke and chips dessert to the sriracha and coriander one.

Another good episode tonight imo. I had my heart in my mouth until the end.

And, as usual, there were many dishes I would have loved to be able to taste. But I'll just settle for my chicken carbonara concoction. :(

Sometimes I think they make excuses based on how much they like the contestant.
I like Pete, but nothing could convince me to buy a scoop of curry ice cream.
I think the judges like to push 'out there' food, as long as it's not totally disgusting.
