Im just gettin quietly simmeringly revved up.
2016 was such a special time for my club.
I thought I would honestly go to the grave without ever witnessing a premiership.
I am well aware its just sport.
But sport is theatre.
The arts.
And like literature and art
Its what we stay alive for.
To love. To follow. To feel.

Yes. Yes.2016 was one of the worst Premierships of all time. Just as bad as 2010.
I thought you would be more concerned about all the only decent bombers players wanting to jettison from the good ship Essendon.

That's their choice. We have bigger issues here in Victoria at the moment.

Yes Yes. Victoria is more important.I hope you are wrong and West Coast find form again..
We are enduring a difficult time. A vic side would give us some joy.
Pity that some Vic sides couldnt cut the mustard.

A WA side would give me much more joy.
2016 Trump wins the us presidential election
Bulldogs win the premiership
2020 Trump loses the us presidential election
Bulldogs lose the premiership
Fixed for accuracy

I applaud and genuinely feel for any joy for any Victorian.A WA side would give me much more joy.
Im quietly appalled at the state vs state adversary.
Unnecessary and completely not beneficial to anybody.
Difficult times can bring on cohesion and understanding.
Or they create harbringers of non-empathetic and selfish people to the coalface.
And im sad. I thought collectively, we were better than that.

Yes. I want my fellow vics to feel joy. Its been hard.Aren't you Victorian?
And a lot of fellow Australians are sticking to geographical borders in their thoughts of condeming instead of good ol fashioned empathy.
Some do. But a lot havent. Treating it like a competition.
Such thinking I will never understand.
