Sorry, I meant that I don't think he thought through that it might be a bit insensitive to say that in front of someone who's been homeless. I didn't mean that either of them are particularly street smart.
 
Keira sounds like an airhead. I don't think we really need intruders anyway.

I thought Tom was right in telling Nazeem not to keep mentioning his Mum in his comedy routine.

It would get boring hearing about her all the time.
 
so sad to see Tom go :( He was not the pick of the bad bunch. IMO he was just warming up. Bet he is glad to be away from there and back to his loving family. Hope the collingwood bloke (what's his name?) is next off!!! Boring dude and I will stand corrected if he gets his personality and life out there ;)

How do you know what Tziporah thinks?!

To me, you get street smarts through any activity that involves ducking and diving to survive, especially amongst the lower classes 'on the street' as it were, people who survive by their wits and their gut instincts, criminal elements, drug users, and I would expect spending any time in Hollywood - none of which Steve has experienced.

She was in a homeless shelter in Australia. She wasn't sleeping under a bridge.

When she was in America she lived in an apartment. And it wasn't in a ghetto area.

Hell I have stayed in some dives when I went on holidays overseas.

So does that make me street smart.

How do you know that Steve hasn't spent time America.

Tziporah is going to be a 'victim' for the rest of her natural life.

Casey has had some bad shit happen to her & she isn't doing the poor woe is me, like Tziporah is.

Street smarts has nothing to do with living on the streets, it is a state of mind - you don't get sucked in by bullshit, or taken advantage of.
Loud mouths like Price/Zippy, have the least.
Dane the quiet thug probably has plenty.
Often under-educated claim to have street smarts as they are embarrassed by their lack of formal education - just saying it doesn't mean you have it

Casey, darling Casey is the only one to display her street smarts so far, when she took down the stupid arguing childish camp...
