Well I actually ended up with mushrooms and tomatoes and no eggs. Wasnt my preference reeeeally but the mushrooms and tomatoes were calling out to be cooked/eaten or they would commit suicide and throw themselves into the bin whereas the eggs were just hanging out in the fridge. But for what it's worth later on I hard boiled three eggs. I had one in a rice salad thing with spring onions and beans. I put them in the freezer to cool them quickly - you know how you should cool hard boiled eggs quickly to stop them going grey (first time I have put them in the freezer). I forgot about the other two until my flatmate saw them later. So it turns out you can freeze hard boiled eggs. Who knew?! They are easier to grate when they are frozen, too. And when they thaw they have a normal hard boiled egg consistency. Amaaaaaaaazing!!what kind of eggs? how do u take ur coffee? what do you put on ur toast?
But normally for toast, I fry them or make an omelette at home. If I go out I get them poached. Usually can't be bothered poaching them myself.
How do you like your eggs?
