Can anyone join? Is there a dedicated thread? Do you all watch it live?
Im a fan of cheese reality but have not as of yet to dip my toe in Bachelor/Bachelorette. A friend has been trying to convince me for a long time to watch it. And they are not the type to normally watch such stuff. I guess what has put me off until now is that it seems the premise is thin long and protracted and seems kinda boring. But my friend says all this is eclipsed by super duper uber bitchiness and outright catfights. And some quite hefty self-delusion which does sound interesting.
What are the drawing points for Bachelor/Bachelorette? What gets you in about it?

Anyone is more than welcome to join - we watch it on 9Life (Tuesdays 8:30pm) - it is "fast tracked" from the US (ie. screened the night after the US). Here is the thread http://www.behindbigbrother.com/forums/threads/the-bachelor-us.54558/. I love the bitchiness and the craziness of some of the girls. How obsessed they get. How little insight they have. Sometimes it also tugs at the heart strings - you relate to a contestant and it's heart breaking when they leave

Yeah. I think the bachelor this year is less player, more homely husband material, in a good way. This is getting biological clocks ticking in turbo, meaning more broken hearts and drama.
