• leoryanburkeSo I've been smashing fruit smoothies pretty much non stop since I've been in Central America. Usually I'll add a scoop or two of my @proteinworldBCAA's into the mix. It's a fast and easy way for me to stay on top of my protein.

  My Spanish has gotten pretty good so sometimes I'll even ask the person making it to add it for me. When I ordered this one this morning a lady in the shop ask the other one what it was and she replied "I dunno, gringo powder I guess"
