My fav is- frozen banana, cinnamon, oats, two scoops of@proteinworld vanilla powder, honey and ice ❤️ literally tastes like heaven! I'm starting my 12 week challenge on the 23rd now and hope you guys that live on the Gold Coast will join me :) more info soon xxxx

I don't know.
I guess it's one of the problems with Big Brother and Social Media these days. Ex-reality TV stars whoring out to companies on their Twitter for $$$.

But I guess that's the way it is now. Still it doesn't impress me and I don't fall for their "advertising".

I'm with you Lucas, pretty cringey and lame.. As much as I hate to admit it (I speak more for myself), I reckon you and I would probably do the same thing once out of the house. Looks like easy money or at least free stuff for a couple of bs photo's..

Yeah I don't know. I think I would be one of those HM's who would fade back into the unknown. I wouldn't "sell my soul" to the devil. I would like to treat "my" fans with respect instead of advertising products for $$$. But I also don't have the desire to be famous and I suppose you have to be a certain personality type to make it on the show these days anyway.

It also seems to be ex-HMs that only promote these things. But I suppose the Twitter celebrity accounts I look at regularly are people who already are professional and established so they don't need to advertise these products.

To me it is kind of like giving up your integrity by advertising these products for bucks. Your "followers" are just money machines to you.

The "Devil" being the commercial and advertising companies who need these ex-HMs help to sell their products to the public.

But haven't they just been part of a show that is sponsored by many products?
