"Big Brother" UK: Timebomb

Does anyone else fear that the returning HM's will be the ones to nominate next week? If they are, they'll be sent in and told who to nominate by production to avoid having a Marc/Simon/Sam combo again...

Also, if this does happen - it will mean that we have made it to week 7 WITHOUT a round of "normal" nominations.

...yes and that's the problem... no matter what the public want they are not allowed to get... Big Brother has taken away the basic foundation of Big Brother... when it first ever started it was for the viewers... at the fate ordained by the viewers ... and directed by the viewers via the viewers votes... that no longer exists... they may as well call the show by another name altogether because all of the original elements of the show no longer really exist anymore... and that's the problem... they have bastardised the show beyond recognition anymore... boy do I regret whinging about the way Alex Mavroidakis ran the show... I didn't realise just how good we had it at the time... at least he stuck to the premise of the original show as close as he could... cheers.

But neither you or I have thought of the very worst... the selfish creature will be a permanent installment on BOTS in the future for years to come and thus be given the chance to influence people's opinions. ...the horror :(:(:(

...:wideyed::wideyed::wideyed::wideyed::wideyed::wideyed::wideyed::wideyed::wideyed::wideyed::wideyed::wideyed:... WTF?... my God Dystopia please don't even go there!... the horror that could unfold!!!!:eek::eek:... cheers.

I think it's because the line was crossed. They're trying to set boundaries now before it goes too far.
what I was trying to say is that BB could have spoken up that night and told him to calm it down and get into bed - then because BB had been heard Aaron would probably have stopped OR at the very least the others would have stopped goading him and probably told him to stop themselves BEFORE the line got crossed

Hindsight is 20/20. They probably realised after the fact that they should have warned Aaron, and so decided to be stringent in giving future warnings.

Jack really annoyed me with the way he reacted about Simon nominating him. There was an air of arrogance, almost as if he thinks people shouldnt be allowed to nominate him. I thought Simons reason for doing so was pretty valid.

wish he was on a journey - out of the house and far far away from anywhere I'd have to see him again

god how i hate the whole 'journey' thing - you want to go on a journey?? book a f'n cruise!!!

It's always about him. When he pretended that he wanted to leave it was all about him. I've been her six days that's what I wanted. I don't need this. I have a nice flat. I don't need this. I have a car. I don't need this. I have a production company. I don't need this... etc. He made it sound as if he'd done everyone a favour to appear on the BB show and that he should be paid appearance money.

Now it's: I'm on a journey bla bla... because it's all about me, because now I have changed my mind, because now I have decided to go on a journey and the whole show is really about me and all the othere little suckers (the HMs) should be grateful to be in my esteemed presence because it's all about me.... and I'm not talking to you.

Anyone who is looking for the definition of the word "selfishness" look at this sorry waste of space. It's simply sickening. :vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit:

It even goes as far now as directing the housemates into how to behave - Marc was caught on the snippet of live feed (about 20 minutes a week) basically admitting that he'd acted the way he had because producers had told him too.

The arrogance of producers is beyond belief - not only in believing that they can manipulate the show rather than leaving the format to do things naturally but also in continuing to do so when it clearly isn't working at all.

so you're not a fan then? ;)

...Brekkie... your in the UK aren't you?... for the life of me I can't understand as to how the UK public are being so manipulated by Big Brothers tactics... they have been voting Marc as the most popular housemate destined to win this series?... is there some sort of marketing brainwashing going on there that we in Australia are not subjected to?... I for one can see it as plain as day as to the way that they are manipulating this...

...in Australia (when it is on) we get the usual Ads on TV to promote the show but nothing so intense as to brainwash us into doing what they want us to do... for instance... I'm visualising that UK Big Brother aren't showing Marc's really vile behaviour but are probably trying to make it out that he's just a 'being a lad' type of persona to make him popular... that's how I am imagining it because surely that's the reason so many want him to win?... it just bewilders me that's all... cheers.

I am surprised Danny and Cristian both nominated Marc... aren't they supposed to be his lieutenants?
I think they are both in self-preservation mode - "killing him with kindness" ... going with the flow, not having confrontations, not giving him airtime that includes them shouting at him ... and sticking it to them when they have the opportunity by nominating them

what amazed me was Cristian nominating him when it was face to face nominations - I thought he would chicken out and play it safe

It amazes me to see the HMs saying in the DR they find Marc over the top etc but they all seem to also add he's a great guy

I guess in their long boring days he probably at least livens their day up

...my God Dystopia... it's as if you are channeling through me as they are my exact thoughts about this little turd!... it's spooky how we sometimes think so alike lol!... cheers.

...so am I...they were only being like that because they both fear him and haven't got the balls to stand up to him... the others are 'killing him with kindness' for the same reasons... I meant to post this yesterday from yesterdays show but forgot... just after both Danny and Cristian both voted to evict Marc he seemed quite stunned by it as seen below...

...but did anyone notice that afterwards when Marc went into the bedroom and was in a 'playful' mood and started to 'playfully' rumble with Danny that he 'playfully' slapped Danny on the face before moving onto Chloe to wrestle with?... here it is...

...it was as if he 'jokingly' was telling him... 'don't-do-it-again!'... he wasn't joking... he was telling his bitch... his craven minion... not to betray him again... Danny submissively laughed at him... pretty sad really... cheers.

This precisely is one of the big hypocrisies. You get the feeling that the HMs are under the impression they HAVE to add something nice each time they nominate or complain about someone in the DR. There should be rules in place to prevent them going down that sweet, safe road. Nominate or complain and have the guts to express your opinion without trying to whitewash it at the end.

Simon's nomination of Jack was the best example of this travesty.

They should bring back punishments and stick to the rules and have the HM stick to the rules or get punished. It's not supposed to be a holiday anyway I'm told. A good punishment for those who are guilty of whitewashing their noms at the end would be to have them stuff their own lying gobs with one of their own filthy socks and keep it in for five minutes.
(If it were for me... they'd be gagged like that for a whole day - DAMMIT.)

You are absolutely right Sticky and like you I saw it all.

I would add though that the only one NOT to kill him with kindness but instead stand up against him is the one Marc nominated and is scared off. Now I let you all guess who that is.

...lol!... imagine us in this forum as the Producers of this show?... man it would be a harsh place for them to live there lol!... the holiday would definitely be over!... lol!... cheers.
