I would say that Insty is now more popular than twitter and BB target demo is probably more active on insty that twitter.

I just got online to post but will see if I notice any drop in instagram followers when looking at their photos
but it appears they have the same amount of followers on instagram atm...haven't checked all HM's

Big Brother Daily has interviews for most of the other HMs as well, most were done just before the final. I thought the only other video worth listening to was Priya's and that was very good.
