Cat & Lawson - What really happened

Afraid not. I knew this to be true. Since Noxious reported it exactly as I heard it, I figured pretty big coincidence she got the sex acts and the sanctuary locations spot on. Almost like a dirty game of Cluedo. Cat and lawson in the bath with the handjob. Cat and lawson in the bed with cunnalingis.

Yeah, it makes a lot of sense. I mean, if they OPENLY flirts like hell infront of the other HM's, i'm SURE they did more in the sanctuary than just a good night kiss under the doona.

I remember when she said " i just want to jump him and kiss all over him, but i cant do that"

Long time lurker, first time poster - first post to say how confusing this whole thread has been for me. Cat and Lawson both acted impulsively and without thought of consequences, but Lawson was the one with a girlfriend/commitment outside of the house, so I can't understand all the slut shaming and Cat hating?
A lot of people here seem to be acting as if Lawson is a poor victim of this scarlet woman, all I'm going to say is it's not Cat's responsibility to back up the promises Lawson made to his girlfriend prior to entering the house.
If all it took was a couple of weeks in a house with a pretty girl for my boyfriend to cheat on me, our relationship is probably not built on the strongest of foundations, and that wouldn't be the fault of any 3rd party.

There hasn't been confirmation of anything. Just a rumour by a n nasty paper that makes up.stories about everyone. This is ridiculous.
yet we believe what's posted on jump/in from BB or what they edit (or don't) on the show :p

Some of the HM's who audition and enter into the agreement to go on this show seem a little unstable... unhinged even.

These 2 are perfect examples: you've got a young bloke who's having ongoing issues with his long term GF and a recently divorced cling-on who is morally bankrupt and has no empathy whatsoever for the 'other woman'...

My point is, they are choosing to work through their very private issues and journey in front of our eyes.... Do they have no self-respect or is the promise of fame worth the price of selling your privacy and soul?

I find their storyline pathetic, sad, selfish, boring, immature, tacky, desperate and completely lacking authenticity or interest. It makes me shake my head every time I see them attempt to communicate.

Noxious, thanks for the insider info. This thread has brought me out of long-time lurkerdom to offer up a theory. I don't think there was any actual TFing going on in the spa. They couldn't film it - too much bubble bath, no overhead camera - but there was something highly suspicious. The crew on duty at the time are saying 'Oh man, that is a total TF situation!' But there is no proof. So they figured, 'Let's play the footage we do have, and watch them react with absolute shame in the power room, as soon as the spa footage comes up.' Hence the playback footage with the dramatic 'ooh' (smiling Cat) and studious tongue-to-the-side Lawson photos. Emphasised as still shots, with dramatic percussion - meaning 'we know what you did, you two, fess up.' So the producers hype up the 'what really happened in the spa' ep, expecting Cat and Lawson to collapse with shame and start blabbering when we see those spa still photos. But during playback, they're still sitting there anxiously, waiting for the kissing footage and maybe what came afterwards. The episode goes down as a major overhype. I'm open-minded about what happened after the kissing in the dark, but this is the only explanation that makes sense of the producers' actions, Noxious's info and Cat & Lawson's reactions. Bet he got his toe stuck in a spa jet. 'Hey Cat, think I found a spa jet'. 'Oh wow, see if you can wriggle your toe'. Mistaken by the crew as dull double entendres. But actually just drunken rambling. And what guy sticks his toe into a girl's business before they've even kissed? Not that these two are paragons of appropriateness, but Jesus, I've never heard of that! As for what happened after the kiss in the dark? I'm thinking the source is probably pretty accurate there. That smooch sound sure had Lawson confessing to moral degeneracy. I'm pretty sure he knew there was more footage (pardon the pun) from that point...

I think their storyline is very interesting and authentic.

Ok, would you like to enlarge on that? When you have an opinion on a matter or person or issue, it's a good idea to explain your reasoning.

What part of the Lawson and Cat hook up do you find interesting?

I know what they are doing is wrong. But I find it interesting because I find Cat and Lawson interesting people, and the fact that they are developing a relationship, even if it is cheating, is something I never guessed would have happened at the start of the series. I think Cat is a very insecure person who has a lot of body image issues and has tried to copy her twin sister's party animal image because she is tired of the bookworm persona she had been stuck in for so long. I think Lawson is also very insecure and very boganish but he is also very kind. Like one day he might be nice to you, but the next day he will be rude to you. They also like to put on a facade where everything is allright when it is actually not. Like in the power room Cat and Lawson were trying to keep it together, but afterwards you could see that they were both clearly devestated by what they saw.

Another part I find interesting is to see where it goes, especially in regards to outside the house. Will they try to make it work on the outside? Or will Lawson go back to his girlfriend while Cat goes back to Melbourne? I guess we will have to wait and see.

I also find it interesting because of the fact that they know what they are doing is wrong, but they did it anyway. The fact that they made some bad choices and now we have to see how they deal with those choices. I find that interesting.

if nothing happened then Cat would've agreed to the tape being seen by the HM's to get her noms advantage.. If nothing happened she could have explained to the HM's nothing happened...

However maybe more was shown to Clawson than we saw & if they went further then there was the possibility that the HM's would have seen the 'extra' vision - I think she said no coz more happened than what we saw...

I think everyone would of done what Cat did, it's embarrassing for other hms to watch. Really, who cares who nominated you... On the outside world, you can just go on jumpin, YouTube and watch who nominated you or the bath action.

It would have given her a strategic advantage. To see who is nominating you and why would be a massive ace up her sleeve.

If 'kissing' is "first base", what base is 'toe-penetration'?
