Her mouth is like looking directly into the Sun.

She looks pale and translucent without makeup, and kind of like a guppy. She is an attractive woman, I GUESS.

Unlike myself, Madonna, whose plastic surgery is nigh on UNNOTICEABLE and I'm just coasting through my 50's looking like a fetus.

100% natural and not a HINT of Adobe Creative Suite.

Medoners beauty is iconic.

You are not fooling anyone for a second.

Actually there are people who do appreciate my sense of humour so I know they enjoyed it just like I did haha

But that is <blah, blah, blah>
...

More strawman bullshit. Either that or I'm speaking French hahHAHAH
You are NONSENSICAL :D:D

I wasn't putting words in your mouth. You put them in your mouth. If you need confirmation on your own stance, it is in the first line of your very next sentence.

Oh and for your own information, so it doesn't get awkward for next time:-

atheist
ˈeɪθɪɪst/
noun
  1. a person who disbelieves or lacks belief in the existence of God or gods.
You need to stop now. The more you post the more ignorant you look.

Who said I didn't I didn't believe in God or a higher power? Not me, for all you know my God is the Flying Spaghetti Monster. The non believer bit was about religion. Honestly you're coming off like the biggest idiot who ever walked the planet.

I have to say I'm about 50% sure you're trolling me. In which case, well done you cheeky monkey :P

Anyway, I'll just put you on ignore because it's beginning to not be as funny hahaha.

I didn't even know Tim was against abortion, but of course it makes sense because of his Christianity. I don't want to go too hard on him about that because I used to be Christian as well. Like most people I was indoctrinated at a young age so I didn't really know better.

Unfortunately some people, like Tim, never find their way out from the brainwashing. All you can really do is try and be understanding and hope that they can see the light. Because of my studies of various religions I have a few solid arguments I can use to maybe try and knock some sense into those poor lost folk.

I encourage all good thinking people to do the same and try and help free your fellow man from the oppression and tyranny of religion.

PS. If you're religious and my words upset you then that's cool, I understand. Just know that there are others who will find solace in what I said. So who's to say what's right?
I probably shouldn't respond as this debate seems to have eased off but as an Anglican priest I feel I do have to say something - though the very last thing I want to do is proselytize ..

I have not been brainwashed and, as the holder of a degree in theology from a university that encourages critical assessment of a set of literature in a wide range of genre that we call the bible rather than a literal reading of 'the book' as a science text book, I don't need you to knock sense into me. I am not poor, lost, oppressed nor suffering from a tyranny of religion.

My religion offers me - and many others - a valid way to express my spirituality. That's not your way? That's fine by me - and it doesn't lead to me questioning your intelligence or your integrity. Your words and actions might do that.

I'm a little shocked he would post something like that. It's a bit insensitive and well it shows a lack of compassion. Not cool
It's got Hillsong written all over it. Pathetic.
Honestly Tim deserves whatever flack he gets.

My father struggled with clinical depression for most of his adult life and as a result I watched him struggle with it for my entire life. I know just how hard it is for those who suffer with mental illness and it's attitudes like the one Tim's shown that help absolutely no one. It's simply not a matter of choosing anything - it's not a switch. Do you think my dad didn't want to choose life? Of course he did! He fought his absolute hardest for many many years to overcome his demons. He saw all the shrinks, tried all the therapies and treatments including ECT, but in the end he just couldn't fight any more. Does that make him weak? No, far from it. He's the strongest person I've ever known and I'm eternally grateful for the strength he showed in fighting for so long because he was a truly amazing father. In the end my father, like Robin, chose peace and I will never ever begrudge him that because he earned it.

Mental illness is a complicated issue and Tim's comments are just evidence to the fact that very few people understand it. Sadly we'll continue to see such uninformed and damaging comments until we as a society are willing to have frank and open conversations about it.
My mother who now has Alzheimers has also struggled with depression throughout her life. I feel as you do about your dad. She's one of the strongest people I've ever known. And I would say that no matter whether she died naturally or because of suicide. Many days for her were battles I doubt I could have survived. That, believe it or not, may be the one blessing of Alzheimers. She forgets quickly the things that sadden her, and because we love her, my family are grateful for that.

Ok so now to play devils advocate. I think I see what he was getting at in that he reckons he meant it in a 'carpe diem' sort of way for everyone but the original is a little bare of context and can easily be interpreted as 'some people have real diseases so you should just get over it'. Maybe he should expound a bit more in future.
Please no. He doesn't communicate well enough not to cause collateral damage.
