I agree, but I think even just learning that she can enjoy doing some things even if it's on her own would help ease the anxiety and neediness a bit. It's not even just in a relationship sense. She seems to always have to have a huge group of people around her.

If she even just started doing a couple of things she loves by herself (as long as it's not drinking) it might give her a bit of peace and show her she can enjoy herself without others. Pity she doesn't have a job or money because I think Tully would really benefit from taking a long holiday by herself to reflect and spend a bit of time with Tully. Send her somewhere remote without wifi/data coverage too.

And without Luna. I agree - but don't see it happening. I don't think it's because she completely lacks self-awareness - she seems to know that she clings to people (she had Matt roped in as her BB house husband almost as soon as she stepped through the door), but I think she also thrives on the drama that her neediness creates.

She should give Jazz a call for some vacation advice.

Yeah you're right, it was more wishful thinking on my behalf. I think you could be spot on with your last point too and it kinda highlights the hopelessness of the cycle when Drew is a self-confessed needer of drama in his relationships too.[DOUBLEPOST=1400199489][/DOUBLEPOST]

LOL! So true!

Hahaha I loved writing it, it was fun and cheeky : )

It was cringe-worthy and would be very awkward for the players and their partners. The fact that you made it sound like Jade has only just started following Souths since she met the players, rather than acknowledging that she is a member and a long-time follower paints her in a shallow and vacuous light - which is the last thing she needs. You may think it is cheeky, but as a supprter of Jade I found it awful - so we'll have to agree to disagree on this.

And welcome to the forum :)

^ That's what confuses me with the whole Drully thing. Sometimes part of me thinks the breakup article was fake for money but Tully does do the whole "I'm so single and alone" thing very convincingly.
Yeah, I was thinking that it had been a bit since she'd trotted the single thing out there, and wondered if that meant something, but apparently not. And like I've said before, I don't see the sense in making such a point of it it were some kind of cover, when she could easily say nothing. I know, it's Tully, what makes sense doesn't enter into it, but still.

I thought that too. And I'm starting to sit on the 'just friends' (no benefits) fence. Although it is still really really weird....

Drew in no way strikes me as the kind of guy to invest any time or effort into maintaining a plutonic friendship with an ex. So to me, yes his actions are saying the same thing.

Just how I'm viewing things.

I don't know if I see him investing any particular time or effort into anything regarding Tully. He stays in Melbourne and does his own thing - she regularly goes to him.

Is Boog doing an album ?

I think she regularly goes to him because before he always had to go to her and he had to kind of become more Sydney like. And I guess this time whatever they are she is making the effort to come to him and fit in his world more. And I see that Drew wouldn't stay friends with his ex's otherwise he would still be friends with them. So to me there is something keeping them close

But he didn't always go to her. Between the end of show time in Sydney and when he was here for his T-shirt thing in late January I think there may have only been 1 other visit (stand to be corrected here as my only knowledge comes from this forum) and hasn't been here since. I have no idea what goes on with them - but there does appear to be much more from Tully than Drew, so I can't say that his actions say the same things that her's do (which is what my question was).
