I agree, but I think even just learning that she can enjoy doing some things even if it's on her own would help ease the anxiety and neediness a bit. It's not even just in a relationship sense. She seems to always have to have a huge group of people around her.
If she even just started doing a couple of things she loves by herself (as long as it's not drinking) it might give her a bit of peace and show her she can enjoy herself without others. Pity she doesn't have a job or money because I think Tully would really benefit from taking a long holiday by herself to reflect and spend a bit of time with Tully. Send her somewhere remote without wifi/data coverage too.
And without Luna. I agree - but don't see it happening. I don't think it's because she completely lacks self-awareness - she seems to know that she clings to people (she had Matt roped in as her BB house husband almost as soon as she stepped through the door), but I think she also thrives on the drama that her neediness creates.
