I've been thinking that for a long time but I'm sure she loves Luna more than anything including her mum and that would make things 100% harder.
 
Sigh. Y'all know I have a lot of sympathy and even fondness for Tully--because I think she's cool, of course--but this whole thing just shits me. Of course it wouldn't be easy, but I had to leave behind a beloved pet (who'd been with me much longer than she's had Luna), all of my friends, and aging/ailing parents to move ACROSS THE WORLD because that's where my life and relationship were taking me. I have, so far, survived. More than survived. If Sydney is so lonely and suffocating and Melbourne is everything but, then...? Fix it.

Wow that's an amazing thing you did. But Tully is very fragile and different to many of us. I would leave a pet behind and move if that's where life is taking me.
 
So is Mikkayla being sponsored by Schnitz or something?

I feel like these ex housemates all sell their souls and will shout out to absolutely anything so people see that they're good at giving shout outs and be offered a contract.

Or are they just robotic extroverts?

Hard yes, but not impossible. I'm an animal lover but if everything else is so depressing for her, I think she should consider it. Do you really think she loves Luna more than her mum?

I'm pretty freaking fragile, and it's been by far the hardest thing I've ever done. But sometimes you don't think you're strong enough to do something until whoops, you've actually done it.

I've been waiting for one of them to change their name legally to include a sponsor eg. Tim "Channel 9" Dormer, Tahan "Tigermist" Lew-Fatt

i don't think i need to research you post history to work out that what stands out to me is your defense of tully. I agree that she has shit loads of things going for her, if she used it all for good. She is young, influential, and a real talking point. Smart....oh so fucking smart! Fun...hell yeah!. But from what she displayed in the house she is also a LOT of work, manipulative, needy, sooky, angry etc etc. AND she gets away with it.

"i want what i want, love me or i will make life difficult for you" etc etc. LOVE her drive, hate how much she gets away with.

I am not (but was) a drew fan. I think he is weak. He listened to her, believed her, and did whatever he thought would make her happy. Lets not forget that "scene" where he was talking to jade while he was nervously sitting on the edge of the bed looking at tully while she flirted with whoever was next to her but her eye contact didn't leave drews... he didn't hear a word of what jade said...he was too busy trying to avoid the wrath of tully.

I think she loves her mum more that's what's keeping her in Sydney and Luna is an extra excuse
 
I see what you meant @Stephy18. Must admit I don't get Tully at all. She has so many friends, or so it seems, but can't seem to get what she needs from any or all of them hence the Luna obsession. If she craves Melbourne she should just switch cities for a while, see if it makes her any happier.

I think that as housemates they were all, except Boog in my opinion, manipulative. That was ages ago now. What happened in the house is the past as far as I'm concerned. Time for some of you to build a bridge.
PS. I think she has a lot of ambition, but little drive, or at least direction.
 
yep i have no doubt that tully's love for her mother can not be compared to the love of a furry animal. I don't have to agree with her bb actions to understand and respect her love for her mum. No dog would ever come close. Tully is an emotional wreck but even i would guarantee that the love she has for her mother is pure and strong and lasting and real. Every child loves their mother, faults, fears, questions and all, and as far as i am concerned, no one can question a childs love for their mum. Or a mum's love for their child, however fractured or difficult.
